YESSSSS right it would be such a mess. i genuinely think niki would try to strangle him and he would be torn between being very confused and tbh just letting her

i think wilbur would be quite horrified to see niki in the state she's in by her revenge arc tbh (i've always gotten this kind of pedestal-ish vibe from how he sees her...... i think it's telling that it was her apology we saw him try to practice) and as a result seeing her so... so like him, really, would be a bit of a shock to the system. i think he'd try to brush over it but it would be viscerally upsetting. familiar and not familiar at the same time. and i think he would still be in a state of blaming himself for the way she is now because wilbur has a problem (affectionately) with making things about him even when they're not. (and this is something that kind of Was.) can you imagine him drawing that line from her grief over his death to her destructive nature now

niki i think would be extremely distressed seeing wilbur alive again (imagine her response to seeing ghostbur on doomsday, except worse) and would immediately lash out with some kind of violence as a result. he's supposed to be dead and she really can't process her hangups about how he died and how she really truly did not see it coming despite the signs and she needs to act on that feeling right now raaaaaah she's going for the jugular
