Okay, before I start. For those who don't know. By The Books is the ship name for Jodie Foster *not that one* and Well Actually.

With that out of the way.

Jodie and Well.

Well fell first, Jodie actually following the rules of dnd. But Jodie 100% falls harder.

They'd have some time of a slow burn romance thing (the only reason Scam and Jodie got together so fast is because Scam is Scam.)

They'd argue about things and fight, but they love each other. But they won't admit that.

It'd take time for them to realize what their feelings are.

Well, not understanding the romance side of emotions or a lot of emotions in general.

And Jodie not realizing he could like a guy like that.

These two are my sillys, and I love them very dearly. They are so sad and so silly.

Plus they have the additional angst thing of both being the result of poor luck.

With Scam drawing Balance and Glenn losing the trial. If those two events never happened, Well and Jodie wouldn't have needed to exist/be known.

They're both unliked by not only those around them but also by a lot of fans of dndads. They're both tragic and sad and ahhh!!!

I just love them.

was sad because a worker scammed me out of a plushie when my friend kept winning them for my other friends but in the long run I got a mini kuromi because I spent $44 on a game card👁️👅👁️ I’m rich guys
