#my crochet project is coming together ive been working on it today #today and yesterday combined i did more than i had in weeks lmao #gotta ride the waves of fixation #i wanna complete a project every month this year which means. i gotta actually work on this before next week

progress post

so i have a bunch of wips and im trying to get them all finished before i start anything new (i was originally aiming to start 2018 with no super old wips but thats not happening lol). ive been working on a few of them off and on the past couple of days and made some progress!

- yellow scarf: i began the yellow scarf in i believe early november and just finished it today! it was crocheted and its really long and had a fuck ton of tassles. its for my boyfriend!

- snowflake blanket: this is actually one of my first projects and i just still havent finished it. all i have left is sewing and weaving in ends but theres 54 snowflakes so its slow going. as of right now i have about 40 of them sewed together and like 30-35 of them have their ends woven in!

- baby bat: i made a big amigurumi bat for my boyfriend (from the new pica pau book!) but i didnt realize until i was nearly done that the hook size i used was way too big :( in my indecisiveness i started a new smaller bat but managed to finish the first bat and left the smaller by the wayside. hes really cute so im gonna finish him. i already have crocheted all his parts i just have to sew him all together!

- big lion: i started this pink and white and blue lion on impulse last night and doubled up the yarn so its wicked fucking big. i have the body and part of the head done! hes gonna be really cute :3

for my other wips i havent made new progress on yet:

- rye socks (2/5 of the way done w the first sock; coming along well but it might turn out to be a little too big)

- ANOTHER pair of mittens (may have to put on hold or just scrap because i dont have enough of the right yarn i dont think but i cant buy any more yarn rn bc i have SO FUCKING MUCH)

- a cover for my circle chair (may need some major reworking...)

- arm warmers for my grandfather (needs a lot of thought and planning i dont currently have the motivatiom for)
