Should I be insane and make a five-course dinner for my birthday this year, and should I be extra insane and have the entrée course be Lobster Newburg in puff pastry shells?

#not including the cold hors d'œuvres sorbet or coffee #my birthday is in lent so im thinking a broiled salmon as the main course wouldnt be too difficult to stick in the oven #and i can keep the lobster warm in a low crock pot and put it in the shells immediately prior to serving #im not quite sure what to pick for a soup tho
