             A year in the life of a country in ruins

     It’s been 1345 days since our last election, and it’s safe to say the country has experienced trauma. From an assassinated President and a weak Vice President taking office, to more attempts at controlling our individual freedoms than ever before. America is worth so much more than this Administration gives it credit for, and we need to stand up and show them. We need to take our country back from these Ivy League know-it-alls, take it back for the people. 

We need to take the necessary steps and not be ashamed ouf our decisions. We need to stop our country from being buried deeper into this state of paralysis it’s been doomed into.

     There are 111 days left until the next Presidential election, and we have our tickets: on one hand, a non-elected President who’s aiming for eight more years in the Oval Office, with a Vice President who seems to have been grown in a lab. The unlikeliest treuce between a hard Democrat and a shoot-and-miss communist, which begs for the ultimate question: what was traded? Why did Zafar drop out of the race to join Berkeley? On the other hand, William Bell and newly-announced Silas Sanford for the Republican ticket. With decades of joined experience in Congress, the Senate and armed combat, these two men are the future that awaits America, if we decide to choose the right path.

     Americans have always had an instinct to do what’s right, we are known world-wide for choosing what’s best for us, for our country. We must do this again. We must not be intimidated by the Democratic establishment, we must not back down from doing what we know is correct. 

     Democrats have been running this country for far too long. Power is getting to their heads. Congress is infested by leftist communists who know nothing about how to run a country, the sacrifices it entails, and they insist on telling us what is best for us, as if they knew better than ourselves. Climate change, gender equality, gun control, abortion -- they’re the slogans under which the Democratic party has chosen to wave its flag, and they have nothing to do with the true identity of America. 

     This is not the America we want, and we must take it back from those who reach their dirty hands at our precious country.
