I’m more concerned with the myocardial fibrosis. I’ve had COVID and I’m vaxxed. This all started after COVID late last year.

CMR: July 2022 Normal left ventricular size and systolic function. LVEF is 57%. There is flattening of the interventricular septum throughout the cardiac cycle. No intrinsic regional wall motion abnormality. Normal sized RV with mild systolic dysfunction. RVEF is 43%. No intrinsic regional wall motion abnormality. Flattening of the interventricular septum throughout the cardiac cycle. Subjective RVH (e.g. the inferior wall of the right ventricle is similar in thickness to the inferior wall of the left ventricle with a maximum end diastolic thickness of 5mm). There is hypertrophy of RV papillary muscles which are only slightly smaller than the LV papillary muscles. No major or minor criteria for ARVD by MRI. There is intermediate signal intensity midwall myocardial delayed enhancement of the basal and mid septum connected to high signal intensity anterior and inferior RV hinge points. Enlarement of the main PA at 27mm (ascending aorta 20mm). Elevated native T1 (1166ms) and ECV (34%) in the midwall of the basal septum. Elevated native T1 (1300ms) and ECV (42%) in the inferior RV hinge point in the mid inferoseptal segment. There is questionable edema in the anterior and inferior RV hinge points in the mid septum (61-65ms). Native myocardial T1 values for this sequence. The native T2 values in the LV remote myocardium obtained are within normal ranges. No hemodynamically significant intracardiac shunt by phase contrast (Qp:Qs 0.8). Normal anatomical connections. Differentials given of pulmonary hypertension, pulmonary capillary hemangiomatosis and pulmonary veno-occlusive disease.
