From the Hebrides with love… -- Monday again and I hope you all had a nice weekend? Starting the week with some Harris tweed again – combined this light green sports jacket with a blue v-neck jumper and some pink and burgundy. When it comes to tweed, Harris seems always to be the first name mentioned – however there are of course many other mills. Myself I’m a little torn whether I prefer Harris or Moon. While Moon-Tweed is often softer, lighter and more comfy to wear in comparison when it comes to sturdiness Harris seems to be bulletproof – what about you? Who makes your favourite tweed cloth? Naval approach?! — Went for a truly classic look today with a navy blazer, white shirt and a navy striped tie. Can it get more conservative? Yet it is going to be another very hot day today with temperatures above 30°C again. Let’s hope I can stand the heat in this look. In regards of the question of the day❓ I rarely wear white shirts as I’m somehow not too fond about them, however some say nothing beats a crisp white shirt and that it goes with everything. Pattern mix… -- Finally Friday is here and so today’s contribution for #bowtiefriday contains a little pattern mix by taking this newin navy striped bow tie along a checked jacket with a background of a light blue shirt.
