just god . those moments of "weakness" where she doubts if she should really be doing this. pain and sickness are supposed to be trials and yet she doesn't feel like this is truly a trial. she shouldn't feel like this, right? she's supposed to take the suffering cheerfully and grow closer to God. Except she just wants to feel some relief
