She was picked by Adam. Has partaken in all exorcisms of Hell since she was picked. She remembers her past life, but is trained to suppress it and has done so. And then ep 8 happens.

Her helmet gets knocked off, and Alastor recognizes her. A deer exorcists that looks like him (note: she is also tall for a woman). And she recognizes him, despite everything. So she turns on her exorcist comrades on a dime to protect her son - her wings getting cut off by Adam ("pfft, my husband used to cut me harder than this, you weak little bitch!") and dropped from the roof.

is welcomed into the hotel, granted Vaggie and Lucifer have.. suspicions.

mother and son.. fight about stuff. ("you left heaven to protect me! what is WRONG WITH YOU!?!?!?" "boy! why is it that you are down here in the first place!") including.. alastors choice of fresh cuts ("is that another demon?" "yes" "why in hell-" "my friend is a cannibal." "is it that missy hussy-" *insulted* "how dare you compare rosie to her!" "oh, her name is rosie, hmm?")
