So... I know I haven’t written in a while... and I haven’t been running either. My dad died last week and it’s really been hard keeping up the running and abbs. I am getting back on my feet though. Slowly and I know I am going to run again. I want to... I felt a lot better when I was exercising.... Lesser headaches, more energy... just better.
