Establishing a healthy routine is far easier than maintaining it for long. You set-up your mind for fitness focusing on your body, but eventually fail to maintain it whatever may be the reasons. It should be a part of your day that you really look forward to, and not just “have to do” thing. Nobody can suggest which sport is best for you except for yourself, and you should not look for someone else advice about which workout should you be doing. There are variety of ways to keep your body fit so you always have the option to explore your interests, such as what you liked to play in your younger days, revisit those playgrounds to find out which activity now suits you best and that you enjoy the most. Fun and enjoyment should always be the priority rather the intensity, duration, or type of workout; those things are also important but what is the point if it can't be sustained? Another important part is *Choosing the Right Time* Whether you like it in the morning or evening- there in no better time than when you like it the most because many people don’t exercise because they think they have to wake-up early.
