ive been watching up/rig/ht health out of desperation to do something about my chronif pain. he argues that most joint/muscle chronic pain is caused by imbalanced muscles + stress levels and that its not about something inherently wrog with you. That you often don't need to resort to surgery as they dont fix the issue. I guess other muscle groups work hard to compensate for your weak muscles which can cause chronic pain. I truly hope hes right 🙏 i cant see myself leaving this job anytime soon but my body is in so much pain i need to do something so badly
