Trying out new stuff is super scary (especially for me cause sometimes I don’t wanna do stuff because I feel like everyone is watching me lol ) And if you ever need someone to talk to I’ll try my best to keep up (I’m shit at responding)

It's Nivea brand facewash. It's quite popular here idk 😭 you can ofc recommend me !! I want your help!! I gotta glow up!!! Also my head is almost bald (pcod 😭😭)

These are the ones I am currently using and it’s been doing me wonders

Face wash: cerave oil cleanser, it helps with all kinds of skin and prevents you disturbing your skins natural barrier

Tóner: it helps close up your pores and really idk how to explain but this toner saved my life

And Aquaphor is literally one of the best things to happen to my face! It’s like Vaseline but so much better and I put a lot on my face at night and in the morning Truly a god send!

And I feel you! I definitely suffer from symptoms of PCOS as well, over the years I’ve been losing a lot of hair and am trying my best to prevent more from falling out (supplements, working out, hair tonic) etc etc Over share: my ovaries n stuff are screwed due to genetics (and weight) 🥲 but we’ll get through this together bby

Unfortunately I don’t know without going to a shop 🥲 a lot of Drug stores will have testers or color charts for you to try without asking someone for help! Some shops online can color match but sometimes that stuff is expensive 🥲🥲

Sooo relatable I hate severe bowel issues..mostly throwing up. I couldn't eat anything because of the tablets I took for pcod. I got nauseous everytime. I couldn't do anything. Just nauseous..dizzy. it went on for 4 months. Crazyyy. It also makes me feel sooo down. ://

What's the order of the routine?

Omg pcod didn't leave you too!! 😭 I have alwyas known I had pcod maybe I should've taken care of it earlier. I got my period good for like 6 months after my 1st period. Then it got screwed. I only went to get checked recently. The tablets made me lose my hair extra. So insecure lmfao. I hide my face.

I also have dandruff..I'm using some shampoo for that.

The order is 1. Face wash 2. Toner 3. Aquaphor

And maaaaan no! I’m surprised so many people have PCOS/PCOD like I didn’t expect that many people to have it 🥲

And I realized my stuff was screwed when I bled heavy heavy for a month straight and then I was never the same again! I have to take birth control to regulate my ovaries but birth control makes me depressed as hell 😞😞

Seriously, I don't know even basic skincare terms😭😭 I do get pimples (mostly when I take pcod meds), esp on the forehead. Got whiteheads on nose (they have made my nose a little blackened ??)

Skincare routine what's that 😭😭😭 I just use facewash.

My skin is shit. I'm brown so this bitch changes shade every season like chameleon. One day I'm too yellowish, next I'm so tanned and dull. I don't think my face has even color. :|
