Lost signal operator zeri reporting for duty!

This is one of the first splash art mock-ups I’ve done but I’m really happy with how it turned out. Zeri fits as some kind of action heroine she’s got her capper gun and she’ll travel at the speed of light through these radio waves, the jammers are hot on her trail though

I’ll probably get to making splash art for these dudes some other time but this group of champions are the humanoid aliens that are traveling through tv signals and out into a quaint 1940’s runeterra to deliver a new energy source and fun drink- glowing green milk.

Zeri and ekko work with veigar (not pictured) to deliver through screens quickly and discretely. They make sure they are armed in case a fight breaks out. For the teens it’s a great bit of extra money for the perk of visiting runeterra like some weird transfer student. They are referred to as operators but really they are just milkmen with a more dangerous job.

Malzahar finds weak signals usually late at night to make easy portals in. He’s what’s called a broadcaster and he replaces whatever rerun was playing with a fake public safety alert though he has already had a max headroom esc incident where he hijacked the air time from all news channels and just rambled on for hours about random subjects. The operators try to not interact with him but they do understand that he’s a pretty important member of the team. Even if some of his broadcasts hypnotize or lure people to sleep while the operators work
