man the next-door neighbours’ penchant for barely living in the apartment (when that’s one of the requirements to fulfill if you wanna live in this house), being noisy af when they ARE here, letting even noisier people rent it from them a lot of the time (when you’re not actually allowed to rent our ur apartment for prolonged periods of time) is really fucking testing my patience. the neighbours’ only saving grace afaik is that they’re gay and i’m happy to see a gay couple actually being open about it. still, they are on

#personal #i've said before that from what little i've interacted with them they seem nice enough #living on gotland has just rly made me side-eye so-called 'sommargotlänningar' super hard though #aka. people who own property on this island but basically only live here in the summer #and also the region refuses to make these people pay property tax for the houses they own here #and then they're surprised when the region constantly lacks money for us who actually live here #that said: these neighbours DO live on the island but they're not even listed on this address #and one of them is a lawyer. i'm like #stop acting like rich mainlanders already and choose ONE HOUSE TO OWN #don't you have enough money as it is?? #(sorry i needed to vent lmao)
