The hardest part of moving is going to be saying goodbye to my residents

So many of them tell me they like me ‘so much better than the gal here when you’re gone’ and I’m like. don’t do this to me 😭 (I’m putting that on my resume tho lol) and like I have to tell them I’m leaving bc so many people just quit without warning but it’s going to be so fucking hard
