i just second tried the apparently tankiest boss in the game

#my posts #gameblogging #liveblogging ender lilies #like i kept coming across threads about how he's too tanky n shit #and i tried him once before i even beat ulv #i got him to half health so i def could have beaten him then #but instead i went back to ulv #who took me more tries mind you #then i got every possible upgrade and collectible i could before coming back to this guy #the fight did take a while and i took some hits #but the thing is the telegraphs are so obvious and the windup is so long #its really only the third phase that's the problem with every boss so far #and that i just kind of cheese with the bird #which has been my favourite spirit since the beginning and it is now maxed out #u know i appreciate the variety of spirits #but with most of them i just try them when iget them and then i never use them again #i feel like i have a pretty good handle on the game's mechanics by now #so umbral knight and the bird can get me through pretty much everything #maybe i should make an effort and try some other spirits #but since you can't actually upgrade all of them its just kinda ehhh
