#like i hate the netherlands so much down with european artificial World Cup dominance! #but the us men’s team losing is never ‘oh too bad a good team going home’ they literally always lose because they suck #so many better and more driven teams than the us are already out this world cup #we’re not going in there to win! we’re not chasing every ball we’re letting slow passes get stolen from us #and the DEFENSE don’t get me started on our defense it was a fucking embarrassment to me personally #the childish way you’d have two men on the ball no one at the far post blocking the pass what is this? high school? #like as a former fullback i am ashamed #that’s why no matter how good our individual players are or how much I might like individual players #im never disappointed when we go home. as a team we suck end of story #world cup 2022
