I was already critical of the Watcher guys as I am with anyone who covers true crime stories or mysteries. After the penguinz0 AKA MoistCr1TiKaL video about them as well as their initial destructive decision to move all the currently free content behind a pay-wall on a different site (destroying years of community comments sections with it), I’m going to be extremely critical of them going forward. Is Steven Lim’s alleged Tesla really necessary or just a decent enough car? They don’t really need all of that extra money. Don’t get me wrong, fuck Google & Youtube, but these guys are not very in touch with their community is what it seems. If I continue to watch them, I will be keeping that in mind the entire time through my watching experience, now knowing how ready to betray their audience they were. Allegedly deleting comments is also not a good look right now on their part.
