PART TWO

Time was ticking, the night was vanishing and he still had so many candies left, yikes!

Cupidyoon fully intended to ship Tee (@lgctee) with another V&A member, but decided the Jintee fangirls were way too scary to mess with. Tee got his soda candy first and Cupid took his sweet time walking around before finally dropping the matching one in Jinseo (@lgcjinseo)'s palm. The patience couple, he shall call this ship, because it was sailing at the speed of molasses. At this point, Seyoon might end up with four kids before these two even get any.

Seyoon noticed some sort of tension between Minkyu (@lgcminkyu) and Jihan (@lgcjihan). He figured any tension could be good tension and sometimes a little resentment made better sex. Regular cherry flavored candies went to this couple - just make up already!

The blueberry candy in his hand was reserved for Seunghyun's match but honestly, Seyoon was struggling. Seunghyun (@shxlgc) was his childhood friend, occasional enemy and an annoying twat. Nobody really deserved Seunghyun, take that sentence however you would like. So with a grin, Cupid approached his dear Mushushu with both blueberry candies in hand. He slipped them into Seunghyun's pocket with a wink. "I am sure you would rather take care of yourself." Hey, at least he didn't say the F word out loud.

One party boy deserved another and Seyoon simply knew Hyuk (@lgchyuk) and Haneul (@lgchxneul) would have fun together. In fact, he might want to join them. For partying, of course. Pineapple flavored candy for them, Seyoon's precious dance all night ship.

Now, what about Maylin (@lgcmaylin), dear Maylin. She hated most guys, didn't she? Seyoon handed her a peppermint candy because she spicy and looked around for her perfect match. Oh, maybe Eunwoo (@lgceunwoo)! The guy was hot and pretty quiet from what Seyoon remembered. If a man didn't talk much, he had less chance of saying the wrong thing, perfect!

Seyoon was pretty certain Max (@lgcxmax) was already dating a dude, but real life boyfriends didn't count for this Halloween game. After some contemplation, he decided to match Max with Kai (@lgckai) and came up with a whole dramatic story about two hardworking trainees, constantly stuck in evaluations together. Slowly developing feelings, stealing looks across the room and...Yes, it could be fun with their grape flavored candy.

Who was left?

Seyoon tossed Rowon (@rowonlgc)'s black cherry into the air and caught it back in his hand. Oh Rowon, this one was so very tricky.

So focused on his thoughts, he nearly ran into Soyoun (@lgcsoyoun). "Ah, I am sorry." He bowed his head like a good lil trainee but slipped the idol a light pink candy he believed to be cherry-blossom flavored. One of the more unique ones he'd gotten. The matching one he'd given to Ichika (@lgcichika) onee-sama earlier. Certain fanfics may have changed his favorite ships forever. Long live Ichiastrid.

His basket was nearly empty and the last couple to be matched with Hanie (@lgchanie) and Hyun (@lgchyun). They were both young, cute and could make an adorable puppy pair with their vanilla-flavored candy. In fact, if those two ever debut together, he might ship it.

another day of practice, another day of long hours trying to cram as many steps and lyrics into his brain while simultaneously working towards a potential debut that could easily be taken from him if people caught wind of it.

while he usually enjoyed practicing in groups, max was glad for every moment alone he had right now. he despised keeping secrets, being one of the worst liars known to mankind. so arriving to practice early before the rest of the guys would filter in, he decided to get a head start on the choreography, entering the practice room to see wook- wook?!

the door slapped him straight back in the face as he stopped dead shocked in his tracks rather than walking through, resulting in a rather loud bang, followed by a disgruntled curse.

when hyuk agreed to come over with some soju, it already left jinyoung raising a confused brow. hyukjae rarely drank- almost never. even during the time they were together, sneaking around fancy mansions to escape their parents, he'd never seen the guy lift more than one glass of champagne he'd be stuck on for the rest of the night.

so now that they were cozied up in his room, jinyoung leaned back into his gaming chair and swirling left and right, he couldn't help but be curious why his ex' chosen beverage of the night was alcohol.

"is there something you want to tell me? you rarely think to bring alcohol- yet actually drink it."

It is safe to say that there are personalities and backgrounds of all types that work in Legacy. Much like any other multimillion company with hundreds of workers, the ecosystem within it is insanely fascinating. Yet despite those vast difference, there was plenty in common too. Obviously, some sort of ties to the entertainment world is one of them, and also the universal language of... food.

"So wait do you or don't you know how to cook?" Brows furrowing as he mixing the ramen, turning down the heat when he deems the noodles almost ready. His gaze turns towards his guest, @lgchyuk who he invited earlier that evening as they were leaving work. As much as he can Jinhyuk tries to meal prep if not make sure to make food at home rather than eat out, a routine his built when he got out of services. On top of that, cooking for other's brings him a semblance of peace and joy.

"Oh feel free to make yourself at home." Nodding towards his living room, connected to the dinning area which inevitable ended up by a beautiful open kitchen.

With his show soon coming to a close ( the final episode of the final season over the horizon ), Seojin felt his energy levels fluctuating quite a bit. Each time he thinks of how he would have to say goodbye, he feels a twinge of regret. Despite the frequent teasing between himself and the staff, he would surely miss this dynamic. However, every guest is a new face for the camera, and he intends to keep his high tension label all the way to the end. It could be why his introduction of Hyukjae is so loud—not much different than the usual, but he embellishes it with plenty of obnoxious clapping.

Fortunately for Seojin, the challenge that Hyuk draws is one that hardly involves him for the first time in quite a while. He huffs out a sigh of relief, putting up his fists in a silent show of victory that does no go unnoticed.

The mission Hyukjae must do involves moving as many slippery grains he can with a pair of chopstick onto another plate. He is a bit too giddy offering up the pair of chopsticks to his guest, his other hand giving him the remote and microphone to select the song he would like to perform while completing such an arduous task.

"I'm going to put all of my faith into you to perform up to par," He offers a thumbs-up to him. "But... no pressure! Just do your best, y'know." Seojin's tone is playful as usual for the show. He even wears that mischievous smirk of his as he settles a reassuring hand on his guest's shoulder. "What song are you picking? I'm curious."

life had been crazy lately but hyuk didn’t want valentine’s day to go without him at least doing something for parker. he knew the older boy wouldn’t be in the company until later (it was fairly easy to get that information nowadays), so using the passcode to parker’s studio, hyuk stealthy was able to get inside with a box.

placing said box with his chosen gift inside, he left a note for parker, with hopes it’d at least make him smile when he saw it. “i know it’s not as good as the original bear, but i hope this hugs you and keeps you warm when we’re apart. happy valentines day. love, hyuk”

It’s a bit later than he intended when Parker finally makes it to his studio after practices. His body is tired, but his brain is still wired, waiting desperately to do something— maybe play around with a few samples or write something— he needed something creative to harness the buzz in his veins. What he doesn’t expect, however, is the gift waiting for him. It’s presence confuses him for a moment, forgetting that there was one person he had entrusted with the code from the room, but when the realization strikes, his face seems to melt into a soft, fond smile. A smile that seems to spread to his eyes while he reads the associated note before finally opening the box to see what Hyuk had meant. 

Taking the sweatshirt into his hand, he couldn’t help but smile somehow wider, something soft and warm enveloping him even as he stood there in a simple t-shirt. “Cute,” he chuckles before slipping it on and digging in the pocket of his sweats to message Hyuk. ✉️ ⇢ happy valentine’s day, bear.

What a terrible place.

Sujin wrinkled his nose, distaste clear in his eyes. He walked around the crowds of people, searching among the questionably dressed individuals for the two he came in for.

"Hey," he called out to a random man who was standing alone. Sujin had been here for approximately five minutes and already wanted to die from the mixture of sweat and perfumes in the air. The faster he get to leave, the better, so some help might be needed. "Have you seen a couple that's about this tall." He gave two approximate heights. "Guy looked like a wannabe rapper. Girl had red velvet mini skirt and long boots."

Wait a second, this person actually looked kind of familiar.

"Hyuk, is it?" Fellow legacy trainee could be found anywhere, it seemed.

after their rather awkward text conversation, the air between them had been tense. perhaps it was the honesty with which max decided to approach this friendship that threw them into a very weird limbo of walking on egg shells around one another. but here they were, cameras pointed at them, decorating a gingerbread home.

relying on his professionalism and the fact both hyuk and him knew how to navigate a heavy air between them decently well by now, max decided to put on his best clown face. straw hat on his black strands he picks up the glue bottle with a chuckle, holding it out to his friend.

"I'll have to entrust you with that before I cause some accidents again-"

「♆ MY FAVOURITE ♆」

Tee can't remember exactly how he'd become such good friends with @lgchyuk. All he can ever remember is how close he and Hyuk were. He can't ever recall how they got to this point but that didn't matter to him. All that mattered was that Hyuk had become one of his favourite people in the world. Of course, it helped that they both loved dancing as much as they did.

Things hadn't always been easy for Tee and Hyuk, but Tee had come to cherish the other deeply. They had gone from strangers to dancing buddies to friends and now to brothers.

Since becoming an idol, Tee didn't get to see much of his trainee friends. He missed Max and Hyuk a lot. And so he was always incredibly happy to see them. Like today. Tee had come to the company to do extra practice when he spotted Hyuk from a distance. Walking up to the other, Tee smiled as he squished the other's face in his hands. ❛ Look who it is. My favourite person. I missed you. What are you doing? ❜

for jasper, nothing much has changed, except his clothing sizes. thanks to the gym he's grown quite a bit(think hot sauce era), and he's eating quite a bit more, haha. he's also platinum now in the strands, so he looks a bit different and he's got an undercut. his singing, modeling, and dancing skills have all improved quite a bit. he also auditioned for new kid, new dreams(got it, sort of- yay!) and also has an amazing workshop opportunity. as far as his personal life... well he keeps his cards close to his chest.
