Summary:

The night was truly a test for Jayce’s willpower. His eyes were constantly scanning the room, searching for Viktor. A few times their eyes would meet and Viktor seemed completely unfazed, continuing his conversation with whoever he was talking to while smirking slyly at Jayce.

It was taking all of Jayce’s restraint not to excuse himself quickly from the conversation and march over to where Viktor was, before grabbing him and pulling him away to somewhere a bit more secluded and getting completely carried away.

Jayce and Viktor attend a fundraising gala on the eve before the Winter Festival, and they can't help getting carried away when given the opportunity for some privacy.

“I still can’t believe you’ve never seen one in person.” Viktor said with an eyebrow raised at Jayce and an incredulous look on his face, but also an attractive blush on his cheeks from the wine they’d been drinking.

Jayce could feel his face heat up and he tried to avoid Viktor’s gaze while shrugging nonchalantly.
