Could your Greatness be hidden behind your position or title? Ok, follow me...I was watching some football over the weekend, and I saw some coaches who in previous positions, let's say coordinator positions, contribute and help teams win championships because in the position as a coordinator, was able to express their talents in a way they produced great results. However, in transitioning into a new position, the Head Coach, they are not experiencing the same success. Now don't get me wrong, there are anomalies to this but not as a whole. So, as a coordinator, the greatest was expressed and made to contribute to the overall winning as a whole. .. .. So I thought about this in business. Whereas some are title seekers, maybe the greatest one possesses is not meant to be expressed in certain positions and titles. So yes, you maybe smart as a whole, but your greatest does not express itself in another position. Just like the coaches, you can be a great coordinator and a mediocre head coach. Yes, you can have your own business, but are you the best at running it, or could you compliment another situation, and you all win together, or is your ego too big, and will not allow you to feel like you are working for someone else, or something bigger than you. Don't get me wrong, if an opportunity presents itself to you that allows you to expand your capacity, by all means do it. There are a lot of solopreneurs, feeling stuck because it's just them, and some somentimey help. They trying to figure out how do I go to the next level. In 2023, you are going to have to learn how to release... You will have to develop people, in order to release responsibility and leverage skills. Watch you words. When you say stuff like "good help is hard to find" You are attracting good help, that is hard to find. Remember there is someone who is a perfect fit for you and your vision. They need you to be doing what you are doing because it is directly connected to what they are suppose to be doing. Keep Pushing.. Entrepreneurs, you have to stop waiting on permission from people to move on what God has placed on you and called you to do. Listening and enlisting advice will give you limitations from others they have, and will project on you. Most of the time it is hidden behind caring about you, like they don't want to see you fail, or someone else they know tried it and it didn't work for them, so they don't think it will work for you.. At the end of the day, it's about what you believe and if you spend your time digesting others limiting belief then you will undoubtedly adopt their thought process, stagnating your own process..
