Rubbing, pulling, picking at and wiping your eyes creates friction and stress on the connection point of the natural lash and the extension & weakens the adhesive. Do your best to avoid this. Your extensions will shed with your natural hair growth cycle. Must people lose a few lashes daily naturally & go through a full growth cycle by 6 to 8 weeks. During a fill session, your eyelashes are washed, lashes that have grown out are removed & new lashes are applied. Refills are a great way to extend the life of your lashes. I tell my clients to come in as they see fit but at LEAST every two weeks. Progress Alert 🚨 Caressa (@beauty_by_caressa) is a recently certified online student of ours and we wanted to share her progress 🤯 Last photo is her very first set from about a month ago! DM us to find out more about our #onlinelashclasses 🤯What’s the time difference between your first set and these current sets? My first set was done April 20th 2021 (I spent about 1 hour on the first set) and the most recent set was May 27th 2021 (3 hours), so about 5 weeks. I got certified May 1st, 2021. 🙏🏻 As someone who is still a beginner lash artist like yourself, any words of wisdom for anyone who is struggling? My advice would be to practice whenever you can, take your time, speed will come with practice. Watch atleast one learning video a day on YouTube & join lash technician groups on Facebook. I recently went to cosmetology school here in Florida with my sister, we both graduated with honors. I finished and realized I did not want to do hair, so I decided to take a lash class and I’ve really fell in love with lashing! I’m actually in the process of buying a salon with my sister, we just got approved by the board for our salon license. Things really are working out. I’m so grateful and thankful.
