Prep Guide
1. Make sure your driveway is clear for us to park closest to your entrance.
2. Make sure your pets are locked away for their safety and ours.
3. Make sure to pre vacuum.
4. Make sure to move any furniture, items, clothes, toys and ect.
5. Make sure to have ac on 67-68 degrees when outside temps are above 50 degrees. This will ensure fast dry times.
6. Make sure to point out any areas of comcern to our tech during the walk thru.
7. Feel free to let us know if you would like to add other areas or other services like mattress cleaning, protectors, tile/grout cleaning, pet treatments, area rugs and upholstery cleaning.
8. We offer pet inspections for no charge. We have a special light that shows pet spots.
9. Carpet will be left damp to the touch. With the ac on snd any celing or box fans the average dry times are 1-8 hours. Be careful going from the wet carpet to hard surfaces not to slip. No heavy traffic. No pets laying in the wet carpet. The clean carpet is very safe.
10. Please no smoking in the home or near our open truck during the cleaning. It does not mix well with our cleaning products and the steam.
11. Please do not touch our hoses or go near them. They are very hot at 240 degrees.
12. Please be careful walking around while we are cleaning not to trip over the hoses and not to slip. We prespray areas ahead of the cleaning and you may not know the carpet is wet. The prespray is very slippery.
13. During the cleaning please get the tech with any questions or concerns.
All the above prep must be done before our arrival!! This is very important.
We want our complete focus to be on your cleaning job.
Thank you for trusting us with your cleaning needs. We will make sure you are 100% Happy and Satisfied!
Call Bob at 262-581-6140 with any questions or concerns.

Lake Geneva Wi Carpet Cleaning Blog
Spring cleaning coming soon!
$50 off carpet cleaning!

Today I am going to talk about the most popular questions I get asked when we answer a phone call.
How much and when can you do it are the only questions most asked
Yes those are very important to ask.
Price alone does not separate carpet cleaners.
In our country you get what you pay for. If you want cheap then most likely you will get a cheap not the best carpet cleaning.
If you want quality and reliability you will have to pay a higher price.
When a person gets much lower quotes than other carpet cleaners you have to ask yourself this question.
How can they offer carpet cleaning so much lower and stay in business?
What corners are the cutting? How good are they? Are they reliable? Do they stand behind their work? What is their reputation? Do they practice good business ethics? How much experience do they have? How long have they been in business? What is their training? What equipment do they use? Do they stay current eith new cutting edge technology?Do they use high end equipment and cleaning agents? What cleaning method are they using? Do they return calls asap? Are they easy to reach via phone? Do they have a good personality and are they kind and friendly?
Remember in order to run a successful business there is high overhead.
In closing here are some additional questions to ask.
What carpet cleaning method do you use? You want the truckmount hot water/steam cleaning method. It is the only method that fully is a deep cleaning method. That is a fact! Most carpet mills only recommend this method and our training certification called the IICRC informs the carpet mills on which method is the best to maintain a carpet in order to get the most life out of a carpet.
Any type of dry cleaning is not a deep cleaning nor does it mean the carpet will be dry afterwards.
Ask yourself this question. Why would most carpet cleaners spend $30,000 or more on a truckmounted cleaning machine when we can buy $1000 in equipment for the dry clean method and charge the same prices? Our overhead would be way less! Because it flat out does not work nor is it the best!!! We use the truckmounted cleaning machine.
How much experience does your technician have that will be coming into my home or business? Their training and how long have they worked for you? Being the owner/operator Ive been in business for 30 years. Also take the IICRC carpet cleaning classes.
How long will my carpet stay wet for? We leave carpet damp to the touch. If you follow our guidelines for ac, heat and fans the average drying times are 1-8 hours. Always under 24 hours.
Are your cleaning agents safe? We use safe products. Keep in mind we touch them daily for 30 years so far. So we need them to be 100% safe!
Are you insured? Yes we are and by State Farm insurance.
What is your guarantee? Within a week please call us with any questions or concerns and if needed we will re-clean any unsatisfactory areas for no charge. There is no guarantee for stains or odors. From pets to general. We use top products and cleaning methods. As for pet stains the carpet is not made to handle them. We do have a great success rate in removing them!
How long does an average cleaning take? This is where each company will differ. It will depend on experience, how large the job is and how organized and efficient they are. Usually the average home takes 60-90 minutes.
I hope these tips help! They can also be used for any other type of service business.
