A list of my favorite Danganronpa ships and why I like them, that no one asked for. (Not in any specific order)

(It also contains spoilers so if you don't want that scoot)

1. Kaede X Rantaro

A bit rare but I really like them together. Aside from the fact that I like calling them A and A, I like the dynamic of person who can't be trusted and person who trust too easily. And that nail painting scene with Tsumugi third wheeling was just adorable.

2. Sonia X Gundham

Who doesn't love SonDam? I liked their interactions throughout the game! I live for Sonia unintentionally making Gundham all blushy blushy and the fact that she indulges his interests sincerely is adorable. They're both nerds and I love them for it.

3. Fuyuhiko X Peko

Now this. THIS made me cry, bawl, scream and throw up more tears. Fuyuhiko and Peko are EVERYTHING. Childhood friends, Fuyuhiko most likely having romantic interest in Peko but Peko still feels confined in the I'm a tool thing. Not only that I believe Peko mentioned that she had a childhood friend that she wanted to take on a date once the Killing game was done (most likely Fuyuhiko). That whole emotional scene in Chapter 2 was just beautiful and KuzuPeko is just the best.

4. Miu X Kiibo

Aside from just ultimate pervert inventor wants to fuck the robot thing, I feel that they can be so much more. Maybe I'm just high off of headcannons (which I am) but I vibe with the whole no one understands Miu so she only vibes with robots and Kiibo, who's a robot, tries to understand humans but can't so who better to help them with their shit than each other.

5. Mondo X Kiyotaka

No explanation needed. They're bros and the bromance is strong.

6. Maki X Kaito

Idiot space nerd in love with cold blooded caregiver who turns out to be an assassin. I believe that confession in Trial 5 speaks for itself.

7. Chiaki X Izuru

I'm a sucker for beauty and the beast and this ship is the embodiment of everything I love about that fairytale. That scene in the anime where he cries for her and he doesn't even know who the hell she is hits hard.

8. Kokichi X Shuichi

I have no idea why I fell in love with this ship. I guess I really like the idea of the Phantom Thief Au where Shuichi chases after Kokichi. This ship gives me Akechi and Akira vibes from Persona 5 and I kind of like it. Also the potential of the ambiguity of Ouma's thoughts and motives gives me life because I can project the angst that I had when shipping RyoMina from Persona 3.

9. Mukuro X Makoto

Another one with a cute nickname, I like calling them the MnM's (Moxxie and Millie brainrot). I just wanted good things for Mukuro and who better to give her love than our good-hearted protag Makoto.

10. Mahiru X Hiyoko

This one I don't really ship hardcore but I find it to be very adorable and I wish they had more screen time because Mahiru made Hiyoko more tolerable and genuinely a good person for like 4 seconds. I also feel like the strong bond they have is just so cute.

11. Nagito X Hajime

NOW, I have a love-hate relationship with this ship. I love it because I think that they both make each other better (more like Hajime can control Nagito to an extent) and they have really cute moments with each other. BUT on the other hand I despise this brainrot inducing trash, not only does it give me insurmountable amounts of anger but it also makes me hate the shipping fandom of Danganronpa. This ship just kind of doesn't make sense to me because Hajime doesn't like Nagito?? And the toxic KomaHina shippers are just the worst.

12. Korekiyo X Angie

I thought it was funny lol

It genuinely started off as a joke. I see those Danganronpa but the wheel decides their fate videos all the time and almost all the videos I see Angie always gets killed by Kiyo and I started shipping it for shits and giggles. but now it just stuck to me so it went from "it's just a joke" to "it's not a joke anymore 😦".

Fuyupeko headcannons!

Characters: fuyuhiko kuzuryu, peko pekoyama

Type: fluff

-when they were little, fuyuhiko tried braiding pekos hair, but he couldn’t

-peko buys fuyuhiko sweets, he says he doesn’t like them, but he loves them so much.

-when they were kids, for fuyuhikos birthday, peko cut his cake with her sword

-fuyuhiko, natsumi, and peko stay up late at Christmas Eve to try and catch Santa. Natsumi always fell asleep first and fuyuhiko and peko would fall asleep cuddling each other.

-when fuyuhiko can’t reach shelfs, he gets on pekos shoulders to get it.

-peko sometimes just stares into Fuyuhikos eyes (eye?) and it scares fuyuhiko a little because she looks so serious (but he doesn’t care)

-when they had their first kiss, peko spent like two weeks overthinking what it meant and what Fuyuhikos parents would think, while fuyuhiko was just like “FUCK YEAH”

-they like sharing pockys together

-they like going ice skating, but peko doesn’t know how to skate so fuyuhiko holds her hands

-(based of a headcannon that fuyuhiko is trans) fuyuhiko tried cutting his own hair at first, but messed it up, so peko ended up just giving him a buzzcut and he kept it that way

* despite Peko still being overly protective of Fuyuhiko she learns to trust him more, the exact opposite happens with Kuzuryu

* its not that he doesn't trust her- he just worries

* 'where ya goin Peko?' * 'how long will you be gone for?' * 'can i come?'

* its pretty cute actually, he's like a little lost puppy, that's how Peko sees it anyway- she finds it adorable and she's more than happy to let him tag along

* they cuddle a lot- its a way to show affection physically, they're both rather out of tune with displaying emotions, Fuyuhiko yells and Peko never really understood them in the first place

* so when they can hold each other its a simple way of displaying how they feel, they could sit there for hours, wrapped in each others embrace- its calm and nice- its perfect

* overall theyre just two dorks in love and nothing can tear them apart!^^<3

☁︎︎~ I’ve decided to do a full chapter book about something that has been on my mind! I will now explain the idea.

Everything is normal. The killing games never happened. Junko lived to her ultimate while her sister Mukuro stayed fighting with the army. Class 77, as well as class 78, both graduated and moved on in life. Hajime Hinata took Chiaki’s words to heart and never volunteered for the Kamakura experiment. In fact, no one did. The story is based around mainly 5 characters. The famous ship Kuzupeko, (Fuyuhiko Kuzuryu and Peko Pekoyama) Along with the single parent Kazuichi Soda.  

Parent you may ask? Yes parents. The son of the mechanic and the daughter of the infamous Yakuza and Swordswoman are young teens attending Hope’s Peak. Kokoro Kuzuryu, ultimate business woman. Denki Alergan Soda, ultimate electrician. 

She’s been raised into a proper life. That’s how it’s always been. Proper, fancy, yet ugly. Although her parents rely on the clan to do more of the gruesome runs now, sometimes they have to step in and when they have, Kokoro never forgets it. That’s one of the main reasons why Kokoro does more of the business runs. Not only is it her ultimate but it gets her away from the clan... at least so she thinks. Just like Peko, Kokoro is a very calm collected person. She’s smart and athletic but also has that soft side to her. When she’s upset or angry, she quickly turns into her father. She’s loud, constantly cussing, and is threatening everyone around her. However, she’s only ever been this upset once and once only. She keeps her anger in pretty good. She’s never been one to explode at people. Even Fuyuhiko is grateful for that. People rarely talk to her at Hopes Peak. She really only has one close friend and that's it. Her parents think highly of her to the point the soon want her to lead the clan... but what if she doesn’t want to do it?

Unlike the proper and organized life, Denki is living with his only parent Kazuichi Soda. After losing his mother in a fatal car accident, He’s only ever been with his dad. How did the car accident happen? It’ll be explain later on in the book. Denki, nicked named Den or Denny, is the ultimate electrician. Like Kaz, he’s a bit of an clutz and is literally scared of everything. Like his father, Denki loves to tinker with things. Whether that be wires, his phone, even the breaker in their home, he’s all over it. Denki definitely does not come from a wealthy home. They live in small home with a single garage so his dad can do his works with vehicles. Although he’d help with his fathers clients, Kaz strictly prohibits him from coming into his shop. Denki never understood why his father rarely let him around cars. Was it maybe because of his mothers accident? Who knows. 

What happens if the two meet? Is the proper clean woman really going to fall for this dirty clutz? Who knows. You have to read it in able to find out.

☁︎︎~ This story is a romance/drama type of book. There is a ton of angst in here including fluff. It’ll mostly be around Denki and Kokoro but there will be a ton of other characters besides them! Next post will be explaining their character designs. The first chapter will hopefully be published next week!
