Mysterious Boy of the Stars.

"Hello," A boy approached two a duo who were discussing things with each other. "You two must be Myokouin Geiz and Tsukuyomi."
The duo immediately pointed their phones, fashioned as guns, at the boy, who looked to be the same age as them.
"Who are you?!" The boy, Geiz, demanded.
"Could we have been followed?" Tsukuyomi frowned at the implications.
"Pointing their weapons at the person was among the top ten responses the time travelers would do once approached citing their name," The boy stated nonchalantly. "I'm Fuuta De la Stella."
"Fuuta of the stars." Tsukuyomi translated.
"No, it's not a title." Fuuta shook his head. "It's my full name."
"So how do you know us, De la Stella?" Geiz growled. "Were you sent after us by Ohma Zi-O and prevent us from stopping the hour of Ohma?"
"I assure the both of you that I am of this time period," Fuuta offered. "You could say we have someone spying on Tokiwa-kun and that we are aware of the threat Ohma Zi-O poses."
"We," Geiz repeated. "Who are you working for?"
"That's a need-to-know basis," Fuuta glared.
Both Geiz and Tsukuyomi were flabbergasted that the boy could pull off a glare as hard as he did. Usually, those glares came from the leaders of the resistance.
"Wait, 'aware of the threat Ohma Zi-O poses', who are you?" Tsukuyomi's widened as she realized what the statement meant.
"Time travel wasn't invented in your era, it has existed long before I was born, Myokouin-san, Tsukuyomi-san," Fuuta approached both teens. "We knew someone who was able to travel 10 years into the future and told us of Ohma Zi-O and another person was even able to make contact with the infamous demon king ten years from now."
"If you and your people are aware of Ohma Zi-O, then how come Tokiwa is still alive?!" Geiz demanded. "Why does he continue to live despite knowing how he's going to destroy the world?"
"Tell me, Myokouin-san, in my rankings, you are the 11183rd possible tyrant of this world, should we kill you right here and now?"
"What are you talking about?"
"I have the power to rank things through every category, and you, Myokouin-san, are ranked as the 11183rd among 30000 possible tyrants in this world," Fuuta stated. "Should we kill you right now, as you suggested we do to Tokiwa Sougo?"
"That's different!" Tsukuyomi protested. "We come from a time when Sougo is known as the cruel Demon King, we know what will happen to this world!"
"It doesn't change the fact that he has not done anything to gain your ire," Fuuta responded. "That should only be reserved for the man who calls himself Ohma Zi-O."
"But he's going to be Ohma Zi-O!" Geiz exclaimed. "That is certain!"
"Reborn-san?" Fuuta suddenly pressed his ear, his attention elsewhere. "But Tsuna-nii is right, had Tsuna-nii been able to return to the present during that time, Nono would have Irie-san killed, completely diverging our paths-" The boy sighed as he cut himself off from his sentence. "Alright, but for the record, Tsuna-nii's right, and you know that, Reborn-san."
Geiz and Tsukuyomi looked at each other.
"It seems I can't change your mind," Fuuta sighed. "If I continue to appeal I will have broken some precious laws."
"Laws?"
"That's a need-to-know basis as well."
Geiz and Tsukuyomi looked at each other, unable to even form a response to the repeated reply they got.
"I wish you well in your endeavors, Myokouin-san, Tsukuyomi-san."
As Fuuta left the two-time travelers, a black person landed beside the boy, no doubt the spy he mentioned.
"Hey, wai-'
"No, let them go," Tsukuyomi stopped Geiz from confronting the boy and the man that landed beside him. "It's actually relieving to hear that we two are not the only ones cursed with the knowledge Ohma Zi-O."
"But they're letting Zi-O live!"
"I'm sure they're going to act if he does become the evil king we know." Tsukuyomi shook her head.
"I don't think they're going to be much help when that time comes," Geiz frowned. "If they were able to suppress Ohma Zi-O they would have done it, but they didn't, rather, they can't."
Tsukuyomi fell silent at the assessment.
It was true, if this mysterious faction had the power to suppress Ohma Zi-O as he rose to power, it wouldn't have gone on for fifty years.
