Five songs you’ve been listening to on repeat recently: I listen to music a lot! Today I’ve been listening to the songs from crazy ex girlfriend. I been listening to cinema by cix a lot too. I just listen to random songs all the time. I’ve mostly been listening to songs that remind me of shu yi and shi de tbh

Last movie: I don’t really watch movies. I’m not sure but I think the last movie I watched was avengers: endgame.

Currently watching: I watch a lot of tv. My mind only consists of we best love right now. I’m very much obsessed..... 24/7. I’m also watching lovey writer. I’m going to start watching word of honor very soon. I love great British bake off. I’m watching it in reverse so that’s interesting. Masked singer, the challenge, drag race, American idol, the real word: homecoming, superstore, call me kat are some that are currently airing. Falcon and the winter soldier starts next week. I’m so excited for that. I still need to watch the second season of super vocal. I still have to watch atots and you make me dance too! That’s all I can think of right now. There’s more tho 😂

The way to the royal “haven”

practice challenge ((I’ve combined all the prompts here haha))

“Okay, everyone. I’m off now!” I cry as I grab my bag from the counter.

“Wait, what? Lunch’s ready!” Mom says, before sticking her head out of the window and yelling “BOYS LUNCH!”

“I told you I’m going to a concert today.” I say as I watch my dad and brother walk into the house with their hands full of soil from farming.

“Well, when you said concert, I wasn’t expecting you to leave before lunch!” Mom replies, shooing me out of my way as she pushes her son and husband to wash their hands. “You can’t survive the day without lunch! Especially if you’re gonna scream your lungs out at the songs.”

“I will eat along the way.” I tell her. She puts the pot down on the table and turns around to look at me.

“Haven Hart. I will not have this behavior of yours. Yes, I know girls go crazy over a singer and will try to get there as early as possible to catch a glimpse of him or something. But you will not do that! Finish your lunch first.”

“But Mom! I’m 20 years old! I’m not a baby anymore!” I argue, glancing at the clock in annoyance. I’m gonna be late. My brother must have noticed my annoyance and urgency and he gives me a sympathetic look.

“What about,” Hardin begins as he helps Mom with setting the table. “You pack this delicious pasta into a paper box and let Haven take it to the concert so she can fangirl while she eats?”

I nod hurriedly in agreement and give my mom puppy eyes. She sighs.

“Fine, but since you made the suggestion, you’re packing her lunch.” She states as she slaps a paper box into his hands. He rolls his eyes and stuff some of the pasta into the box lamely. After doing so, he hands me the lunchbox and I give him a grateful smile. He rolls his eyes again, mouths you owe me and I give my parents a kiss on the cheek and run off.

Now, I’ve never been one to lie to my parents, so I didn’t. It’s just that when I said I’m going to a concert, it wasn’t exactly the big expensive pop concerts they imagined. It’s a formal concert at the Hudson Royal Concert Hall, where Angelo Hyson will be singing a collection of songs from different musicals for the entertainment of a rich couple’s anniversary. And I most certainly did not get invited to the party, I was there for Angelo.

Angelo.

I sigh happily as I whisper his name. Angelo has the most angelic voice. While I have never been a big fan of musicals and opera and all that, the moment I heard him sing Music of the Night, I fell. Hard. I was there with Hardin, delivering some of the produce to the kitchen and Angelo was rehearsing. And being the lover of dance I am, my body started swaying and moving accordingly. He caught me from across the room and he came to talk to me and bang. That was it. We fell in love.

After a 30-minute walk, I finally made it to the hall. I look around to see Angelo busy talking to some guy in a suit, so I decide that we can talk later.

Here’s another thing I didn’t tell my parents. I was also here to perform, to be Angelo’s dancer.

Why didn’t I tell them? Simple. I’m supposedly a farmer, a four. But Angelo and being a dancer, is a five.

Which is why I have to put on a mask while performing.

But I don’t care, because for the next hour or so. I would be surrounded by love - dancing and Angelo.

“Hey.” A voice whispers into my ear as I pack my bags after the performance. I smile at the voice and turn around to place my arms on his. He returns the smile and kisses me gently. “How’s my favorite dancer in the world?” I only smile in response and touch my lips against his again.

“I almost couldn’t get here in time!” I laugh as I fill him in with what happened. When I finish, I look at Angelo to see him frowning.

“What’s wrong?” I ask softly, hating to see him sad.

“Have you read the news?” He asks with a smile that doesn’t reach his eyes. “It came out just now and I overheard some of the people talking about it. The prince just broke up with Evie.”

“Wait, what?” I reply with widened eyes. “But why?”

He shrugs in response.

“Well, okay. But you’re sad because the prince broke up with Evie?” I push, not understanding the whole situation.

“No.” He sighs as he pulls me into his arms. “It’s just that their sudden break up reminded me of how precious and lucky it is to be able to be with the person you’re in love with.”

I smile at his words and snuggle into him happily.

“Which is why I want to know if you’re truly truly happy with me.” He says after a slight hesitation. I widen my eyes and push away from him to look at him.

“Are you crazy?” I ask him. “I love you! I would do anything as long as it means I get to be with you.”

“But I’m a five. I can’t give you the life you’re having.” He reasons. I roll my eyes, having heard him say this a thousand times.

“We had this conversation last month! I thought I reassured you I don’t mind that.”

“Yes, but hearing you talk about hiding us from your parents…” He trails off with a frown on his cute and hot face. I place my hands on his face and stare into his eyes, searching for, I don’t know, something. But all I can see is love and pain. Pain at the thought of me having to be a five and not being able to tell my parents about us.

“Okay, well if that’s what you’re worried about. I’ll tell them.” I declare with a courage I never knew I had. But love gives you courage. “No, let’s tell them. Together. If we’re gonna spend the rest of our lives together, we might as well do this together.”

“W-” He begins before he is interrupt by a kiss from his angel, me.

“Nope. you’re not gonna say another word on this. They are my parents. I call the shots.” I announce, getting up to grab my bag.

“N- now?”

“Yes, now. I’ve never been more sure of anything. Let’s go.”

And that’s how I made the second worst decision I’ve ever made in my entire life.

To say my parents disliked Angelo and I would be an understatement. My mother screamed and my dad almost beat Angelo up. When Angelo left to make it home before the curfew, the screaming did not die down. And that whole night my mom and I screamed at each other, my dad kicked the soil and my brother tried to stop him, only to get a yelling from my mother about how Hardin let “your sister go into a dark path, making the worst decision of her life.” I was thankful we own a farm and live in the middle of it, or else the neighbors would definitely think I murdered someone.

And so the night went into morning, with my mom yelling about how I’m being stubborn and stupid and not giving other boys a chance. And my dad banning the two of us from making any more deliveries, which Hardin managed to slip out of as he argued that he would never have to marry down. He also argued that we needed the money as our farm wasn’t doing too good and my parents didn’t have the time and energy to do the delivering.

Sometimes I wish I was a boy instead.

Oh and that early morning, a sleep-deprived me made the worst decision in my entire life. To show my mom that I really love Angelo, I made a snarky comment about how even if the Prince were to show up at our doorstep to ask for my hand in marriage, I would still choose Angelo. And my mom told me to prove it.

And then because I’m stubborn and thought I would never be that unlucky to get chosen, I applied for The Selection.

Fuck.

And then I got chosen to represent Hudson.

Fuckity fuck fuck.

The rest became some sort of a blur to me. Thus, I shall be recapping the events that happened afterwards in pictures and short sentences. This is all still surreal to me.

The send-off:

It was a bit awkward, but hey, I played my part correctly and smoothly so there’s that. The Hart siblings took one last photo before I headed to the Selection.

Plane ride:

I put on a face mask right as I left Hudson, so I didn’t have to explain my weirdness.

I’m gonna miss my family so much. I changed into a nice pantsuit for the plane ride as I wanted to feel more comfortable. I was the last to arrive and was introduced to Brooke, Clara and Tavi. It was really hard to not talk to all those pretty girls, but I couldn’t. I told them I was sick and they became instantly concerned, with Clara cutely offering me some medicine. I declined politely.

I also used my phone to type out the things I want to say so I didn’t have to say them out loud in a weird voice. I missed my real voice. We chatted a bit, with me awkwardly writing things on my phone.

And did I mention they offered champagne on the plane???? Any other time, I would’ve grabbed one. Or two. Or more.

As the plane took off, Tavi, who was next to me, announced she was gonna listen to some music.

“Haven, would you like to join?” She asked me. I smiled and nodded.

“I do have a very mixed taste in music so you’re in for a treat.” She told me as she offered one of her earphones.

And then before I could stop myself. I winked. What. the. Hell. was. I. Doing.

Luckily no one seemed to notice.

Makeover:

That was the scariest and weirdest experience in my entire life. I have never had a makeover in my entire life. So, I simply dismissed them all and showed them pictures of Haven Hart, the prettiest farmer in Hudson, to prove to them that I can do the makeover to myself. And luckily, I got out of the interview, by once again telling them I’ve simply lost my voice.

But lemme just tell you, there were so many pretty and hot girls in the women's room. And wow, this must be a real heaven for the prince. Talking about a rebound, eh? Gotta take some points from him.

And finally, everything is over and I’m finally in the safety of my own room. I get out of the ridiculous dress, heels and makeup, before taking a long nice needed bath.

And then I take out my phone to call the only person in the world that I want to talk to right now.

Ryan Henry and Rachel Leigh have been going through it on the new season of “Black Ink Crew: Chicago.” But, why? More inside…

Ryan Henry and his son’s mother/ex-girlfriend Rachel Leigh have been on-again and off-again throughout all of the seasons of “Black Ink Crew: Chicago.” In fact, the twosome have been dating since they were in high school and now share a 12-year-son, Mason, together.

However, they can't seem to get on the same page when it comes to their relationship.

On this season of the show, Ryan revealed he has been sleeping in his tattoo shop after calling it it quits with Rachel again. And folks are a little confused by it since at the end of last season the two were seemingly back together…or at least on great terms. When Ryan was asked if they were back together, he didn't answer.

However, now it seems things have gone sour again and fans aren’t really sure why. Well, they know why: cheating. But what else happened since they seemingly got back together?

Sleight of Hand (Part 9)

Anti pushes forward towards the wide-eyed Marvin, twirling the knife in between his fingers and giggling madly. Marvin scoots away with fear in his eyes until his back bumps against the wall. Anti’s laughter echoes and grates in Marvin’s ears along with the sharp sound of glitching.

“What’s the matter? Ć̖̫̖̓͂a̡̛̳̯͆̀t͈͇̔̀͛͜ ̼̭͉̾̌̒g͓̳̯͛̑̔ǫ̜̬̀͗̕t̜̱̫̂́̑ ̲̦͓͗̈̿y̢͙̦͑̀̀ō̦͈̘͋̀û̞̲̯̉̉r͍̬̲̀̑͝ ̼̲̗̊́͌t͔̩̦͐̈́̾õ͈̲͈̍̋ṅ͍̯͙͒͗g̼͓͍̔̅̓ǔ̩̭̤̈́̉e͔̗͙͐̽̕?̛͙̱͖̀̅ ̛͉̳̓͐͜” the glitch giggles, “You has some reason to call me here so fucking spill it!” He growls, his eyes flashing pitch black.

“I-I,” Marvin stammers, dread sinking into his whole body. This was a bad idea.

Anti sarcastically mocks Marvin’s stammering as he strode forward and knocked over a chair, causing Marvin to wince and shrink in on himself.

“I haven’t got all day, cat mask,” Anti snarls as he flips the knife up into the air again. The light above the table flickers in and out with Anti’s form as he glitches in anger. Marvin quickly sits up taller and bursts out, “It’s the others!”

This gives Anti pause. Then he laughs and points the knife down at Marvin, getting uncomfortably close. “Why would i care about those useless bunch of copies?” He spits, taking another step forward and Marvin closes his eyes, fear clutching his heart.

“B-because someone is controlling them!” He cries, and pries open his eyes to see Anti has stopped. He brings his head up and his mouth feels foul as he breathes, “T-they… they’re taking your puppets away.”

A hand heavily thumps next to Marvin’s head against the wall and the cold tip of Anti’s blade in held under his neck as Anti hisses and leans in close, ‘W̜͔͖̼͐͌̏́ḩ̛̞̙̯̅̐́ö̤͈̗̫́̈́́̇?̡͍̗̺̎͑͑͌”

Marvin swallows but stares determinately at the glitch, “His name is Phantom.”

Anti’s eyebrows shoot up, “That little nobody figment of that singer?” Anti giggles and lifts up Marvin’s chin with the knife, reveling in the way Marvin’s face scrunches in discomfort, “You gotta be lying to me, kit kat. He doesn’t have that sort of power.”

“He’s stronger than you know!” Marvin wheezes, “He’s taken a whole army from his time in prison and he… he’s gotten all the other egos. And he won’t stop til…”

Anti tilts his head, “Until what?”

Marvin takes a shuddering breath, “Until he has me.” He stares down at the floor for a second before looking back at Anti with a renewed fire in his eyes, “I can’t stop him alone… i-i need your help.”

Anti stares at Marvin in semi-disbelief before he throws his head back in manic laughter.

“Me? Help you???” He holds his stomach as his whole body glitches in laughter, “You truly must be d̠͈̲̂͆̎͂ͅe̜̙̲̍̾͛̕ͅs̢̙̻̼̀͌̉̚p̗̣̲̗͛̄̅̀ê̟̖̦̼̒̓͝r͉̲̰͙̉̈́͑͘à̦͎̩́̂͘ͅţ͓̗͉̐̿́͂e̹͇̩̘̋̀́̇.”

Marvin pushes himself away from the wall and his eyes glow blue, “I’ll do anything to save them… even work with you.”

Anti smirks through his strangled laughter, “You got balls, Marv, i’ll give you that.” Anti stands up on his feet and flips the knife, “But working with me is gonna cost you something… w̡̡̟͍̽͑̉̿h̼̻͖͇͋̐̈̕à̘͕͓̺̈́͋̆t͔͈͇̩̀̌̂̕ ̻̹̜̠̄͆͛̚ą͕̰̞̋̑̓̌ŗ̟͉̻͋͛͊̍e̹̭͍͙͊̋̃̾ ̖̣̻̄̀́͘ͅy͇̰͚͚̽̓̀͘ǒ̜̱̼̪͌͛̓u̻̹̱̪͑̓̊͘ ̡̻̙̖̏̃̈͗w̖̩̜̗̔̇̕͝ì̡̗͕̺͑̌͛l̫̲̤̮̆̌̇͝l̪̹͎͈̄̈́͑̅ị̩̲̎͛͗̕͜n̢̺̹̖̐̇͐̋g̡͖͖̺̽̉͐͝ ̤̼̰̬̂̒̀͘t͙̻͔̪̾͐̾̎o̱̟̖͒̾͛͜͝ ̢̝̭̝͒͋̄̿p̧̺̳̘͗͛̊͝a̟̞̠̼͒̍̍͑y̹̘̭̮͌̏̿͒?̺̘͇̬̔̏̌͘”

Marvin grips his hands into fists and his shoulders shake, “I… I’ve given everything i’ve had to try to keep them safe…. I’ll do whatever you want.”

Marvin slowly takes his hand and gives it a firm shake. Suddenly Anti is pulling Marvin closer to him by his arm and he whispers harshly in his ear, “But don’t think for a second its out of the kindness of my lack of heart. I’m only doing this is get back what’s m̨͙̭̫̾̒̐̈́i͔̰͕͚̍͋̾̾n͕̞̳̠͆̅͂͂e̞͔̫̗͌̀͒͠.̺̦͕̪̎̈́̀” Marvin shivers but he nods. Anti looks like he’s going to grip harder onto Marvin’s arm to increase the threat but his arm passes through Marvin’s in a series of pixels and glitches. Marvin jumps back in surprise.

“Ah Damnit!” Anti growls as he shakes his arm and tries to get it back together.

“What the hell…?” Marvin whispers, watching as Anti’s form continues to glitch and fizzle.

Anti flashes black eyes at Marvin with a low growl, “Whatcha lookin’ at, circus freak?”

“What’s happening to you?”

The glitch gives a bitter laugh as his arm finally comes back together and he flexes it as if testing it’s strength, “Not all of Jack’s figments were made to exist in their own bodies. He made me to exist in his fucking head… a virus.. A glitch in his computer.” Anti growls and smashes his hand against the table with another growl of anger before he lets out a breath, “I can’t exist in a solid form too far from his head without…”

“That’s why you’re only seen in videos for such a short time...Why the camera can never pick you up just right. Why no one has seen you make your own place in the city…” Marvin gasps as he pieces it together, “...Why you hate Jack…”

Anti tilts his head with a cruel smile, “Yer a smart one. He forced me to live inside his stupid head while he let all you roam free….Not exactly fair is it?”

“Well… you did try to kill him,” Marvin counters and Anti merely shrugs and brushes past Marvin and flops onto the couch, kicking his feet up on the coffee table.

“Enough fucking around, whiskers. I’m figurin’ this whole thing has a time limit so catch me up on what yer plan is.”

“Ah, right,” Marvin says shaking his head and he grabs the cards from the table and joins Anti on the couch. He takes a few minutes to catch the glitch up on who Phantom and all he’s done in the past months before he retells the most recent bits, “Phantom stole them all earlier tonight. He can reveal their desires and has minor mind control to make deals. Once a deal is signed he has their souls… and they can’t resist his commands. He has everyone. He says if i don’t give myself up to him he’ll… he’ll kill them all. And i have no doubt he will. WIth his army and the others… my magic alone isn’t gonna be enough against him.”

“So what’d ya need me fer?” Anti sneers and Marvin looks conflicted, “...did you even think of a plan before you slit yer hand open to bring me here?”

Marvin stares down at his bleeding hand as if just remembering it was there. The cut is still bleeding but the blood looks almost black and Marvin swears he sees green glitches appearing around the edges. He rips a piece of his shirt sleeve and wraps it around the wound as he stammers, “I...I guess not.”

Anti huffs in condescending laughter, “yer an idiot.” He pushes off the couch and grabs the ace of diamonds, studying the address on the back. He twirls the card thoughtfully in his fingers and almost drops it as his hand glitches through it. He catches it with an annoyed grunt before he flings it at Marvin. “So, you’ve handled the guy before right?”

“Yeah… i uh… I’ve killed him before.”

Anti clicks his tongue against his cheek, “Yeah but figments aren’t so easy to kill.” Anti leans back on the couch’s arm and regards Marvin, “Think ya got the guts to kill ‘im again?”

Marvin stares shocked at Anti before staring down at his lap. Slowly, he shakes his head, a cold look on his face. “No…. killing him is too merciful.”

Anti barks out a laugh, “I like the way you think, cat mask! … Maybe you an’ me could be good partners down the road….”

Marvin gives Anti and withered look, “I don’t want to hurt people anymore, Anti. I’m not like you.”

Anti crosses his arms and shrugs, giving him a devilish grin, “Ya never know what could change.” The glitch rises back up from the couch, “So you’ve beaten him before, right? Multiple times?”

Marvin self consciously messes with his hair, “Well yeah.. But the only time i’ve gotten a jump on him is.. When i’ve surprised him.”

“So why not do that again?”

The magician's eyebrows furrow together in confusion, “I can’t. He knows i’m coming.” Anti rolls his eyes, “Yeah but now you have me. That’ll probably get the jump on him.”

Marvin looks more confused, “The… the warehouse is on the other side of town. You just said you can’t exist long out of Jack’s-!” Marvin is cut off by Anti slamming his head against the back of the couch with a sinister grin spreading across his face.

“There’s more than one way to exist outside my host,” He cackles as he snatches Marvin’s bandaged hand and curls his fingers under the fabric. He rips it away before plunging his fingers into the wound. Marvin cries out in pain and his body seems to be consumed by the feeling of static and electricity.

“W-what are you doing?!” Marvin gasps breathlessly as spots dance in front of his eyes. The lights and electronics are going haywire in the apartment as Anti laughs madly. The glow of his unnatural green eyes is the only thing Marvin can see clearly through the madness. Marvin screams as the pain seems to collect and linger on his sliced palm. It feels like he’s being sliced open on the inside by a thousand sharp razor blades.

He can’t think, or breathe or feeling anything besides this awful feeling of being torn open. The pressure seems to build and build until Marvin is sure he’s gonna pass out from it all.

Then, there’s one big burst of light as all the electronics fizzle and die and the room goes dark. Marvin clutches his hands to his chest as he breathes past the pain. His face is covered in tears he hadn’t realized he’d been crying. The lights slowly flicker back on and Marvin looks around to see Anti’s no longer in the room with him.

“A-Anti?” Marvin whimpers as he stiffly pulls himself up from the floor. When had he fallen down there? He shakes his head as a wave of nausea comes over him. His whole stomach turns and he lifts himself and high tails it to the bathroom. He barely is able to make it to the sink before he spews and coughs out whatever was irritating his stomach. He wipes away his mouth and shudders out a raspy breath. He blinks and stumbles back when he looks down and sees the mess is nothing but what looks like glitching black blood.

He pushes up against the wall and stares at his hand. It’s completely healed over, but the skin around the cut looks green and it too looks like it’s glitching.

Marvin is in full panic mode as he pushes back towards the sink and shoves his way towards the mirror. He shakily reaches up a hand and wipes away tears of blood leaking from his eye. His right eye, which now echoes the look of Anti’s.

Ah sorry, the process can have a few glitches~! Anti’s voice echoes throughout the space and what feels like Marvin’s head. Marvin grits his teeth against the foreign feeling and shakily pushes back away from the mirror. He tries to say something in response but finds himself choking as pain erupts from his neck. He stares in horror at his reflection as a thin neck wound starts to open on his neck and begins to bleed. Exactly like Anti’s.

“W-what the hell did you do?!” Marvin coughs, and blood drips out of the side of his mouth and he shudders. His body seems to glitch slightly and Marvin’s skin crawls at the uncomfortable feeling.

I gave you a fighting chance, kitten whiskers. The glitch chuckles darkly. Marvin feels something sharp in his head and a tug like he’s being pulled by a string and his whole body lurches forward so he’s staring back at his reflection in the mirror. Marvin sees his head tilt slightly in a mischievous manner as Anti’s voice seems to echo from his own, “That con man won’t even suspect what’s coming for him~!”

Marvin’s reflection grins as his eyes burn green.

Fall Fusion 2020 (Fox)

Normally during this time of year, ABC, CBS, NBC, Fox, and The CW get ready to unveil their primetime rosters. However, this year will be much different, due to the uncertainty surrounding the Coronavirus pandemic. Virtually all Hollywood productions are currently shut down until it can be determined that they are safe to reopen. As a consequence, most of the fall pilots weren’t able to be completed in time for network executives to screen them ahead of constructing the 2020-21 network television season.

Although the networks will still be doing “upfronts” in May, they won’t be live...and, more pointedly, they will probably be more tentative when it comes to potential calendar dates. After all, we won’t know when series are ready to have their exact premiere dates green-lit until we have a more concrete timeline of when they can go back into production.

While many writing rooms have been able to operate and interact – in preparation for next season – remotely, the on-set production cannot resume until safety precautions are developed. Presumably, these protocols will involve: medical screening and constant testing for all cast and crew members; appropriate sanitization regimes to keep the sets clean; and creative ways to mitigate risk (such as more closed sets, “bottle episodes,” and tapings where studio audiences are absent).

The “bubble shows” for this season are probably more likely to return than they would have been in past traditional seasons, just because they are familiar commodities with infrastructure already in place...and there is obviously a lack of completed pilots for new series that could replace them. These could-go-either-way series include: Zoe’s Extraordinary Playlist, Good Girls, Council of Dads, Lincoln Rhyme, Indebted, and Perfect Harmony on NBC; For Life, American Housewife, Emergence, Single Parents, Bless This Mess, Schooled, blackish, mixedish, and The Baker & The Beauty on ABC; All Rise, Bob Hearts Abishola, The Unicorn, Man with a Plan, Broke, Carol’s Second Act, Tommy, MacGyver, Magnum P.I., SEAL Team, and S.W.A.T. on CBS; Katy Keene on The CW; and The Moodys and Outmatched on Fox.

Some new programs have already received a straight-to-series order, whereas others could receive a blind pickup commitment based on their written premises. In addition, I wouldn’t be surprised if some shows are held over until later in 2021, just so the networks have a way to hedge their bets if there was a “second wave” of studio shutdowns due to hypothetical re-infections in late-2020 or early-2021.

Based on this unprecedented state of limbo Hollywood finds itself in, I am constructing a tentative “blueprint” for each broadcast network from the limited information we have. I have constructed their respective schedules in three hypothetical programming “waves” – November/December/January, February/March/April, and May/June/July.

Obviously, any productions are subject to further delay based on extenuating circumstances. Likewise, a series that receives a more limited order of 13, 16, or 18 episodes could see its episode order expanded, if filming circumstances grow more favorable and the specific show performs well upon its return.

Sunday

7:00 – Last Man Standing encores (late-2020 through mid-2021)

7:30 – Duncanville (late-2020 through mid-2021)

8:30 – Bless The Harts (late-2020 through mid-2021)

9:00 – Family Guy (late-2020 through mid-2021)

9:30 – Bob's Burgers (late-2020 through mid-2021)

Fox’s “Animation Domination” bloc would remain mainly intact, with Duncanville and Bless The Harts likely to be amongst the more established returnees. Until new episodes of each of these animated series can be ready to bow, the network can cycle through their reruns indefinitely.

Monday

8:00 – The Moodys (late-2020) / 911 (early-2021 through mid-2021)

9:00 – Hell's Kitchen (late-2020) / 911: Lone Star (early-2021) / So You Think You Can Dance (mid-2021)

For fall “filler” programming, The Moodys could return to air some Halloween, Thanksgiving, and Christmas installments filmed on a closed-set. Hell’s Kitchen would also be easy to adapt to a containment-style shooting format.

By January or February, 911 and its Lone Star spinoff could be paired together up through the spring. Once the Summer 2021 edition of So You Think You Can Dance? is ready, 911: Lone Star would scoot over to a different night to finish out its sophomore season.

Tuesday

8:00 – The Masked Singer (late-2020) / Prodigal Son (early-2021 through mid-2021)

9:00 – Celebrity Watch Party or 24 Hours to Hell and Back (late-2020) / Blood Relative (early-2021) / MasterChef Junior (mid-2021)

For fall “filler” programming, any combination of The Masked Singer, Celebrity Watch Party, or 24 Hours to Hell and Back could hold down the night until scripted shows are ready to go again (although The Masked Singer might have to find a way to conduct its competition without a studio audience).

By January or February, Prodigal Son could lead the night, with a 13-episode run of Blood Relative (a genealogical procedural/thriller headlined by Melissa Leo and Tate Donovan) taking the 9pm hour. Once Blood Relative completes its freshman season, MasterChef Junior could return for a new installment of Centennial chefs.

Wednesday

8:00 – The Masked Singer (late-2020) / The Resident (early-2021 through mid-2021)

9:00 – neXt (late-2020) / The Masked Singer (early-2021) / The Big Leap (mid-2021)

For fall “filler” programming, The Masked Singer and the sci-fi newcomer neXt (originally slated for Summer 2020) could occupy Wednesday nights. January or February would see the return of The Resident, another edition of The Masked Singer (hopefully with the live studio audience safe to return), and a late-spring debut for The Big Leap – a Scott Foley-led fictional dramedy set in the world of ballet.

Thursday

8:00 – Thursday Night Football (late-2020) / Last Man Standing (early-2021 through mid-2021)

8:30 – Thursday Night Football (late-2020) / Call Me Kat (early-2021) / This Country (mid-2021)

9:00 – Thursday Night Football (late-2020) / Stella Cooper (early-2021) / 911: Lone Star (mid-2021)

Once football clears out (in whatever new format is required), Last Man Standing would return for its ninth season...paired with the much-anticipated Mayim Bialik sitcom Call Me Kat. Since Kat would probably receive a 13-episode order, Last Man Standing would still have 7-9 episodes remaining to air beyond that point; so, by late-March or early-April, This County – a BBC-inspired mockumentary sitcom starring Seann William Scott – can take over Call Me Kat’s time slot.

Similarly, the untitled Stella Cooper drama project (in which Ramon Rodriguez has been the only announced actor cast) would air through February sweeps. That would mean that 911: Lone Star would be squeezed into that 9pm slot to finish out any of its own remaining episodes by the summer (in order to make room for So You Think You Can Dance? on Mondays).

Friday

8:00 – Mental Samurai (late-2020) / WWE Smackdown (early-2021 through mid-2021)

9:00 – Ultimate Tag (late-2020) / WWE Smackdown (early-2021 through mid-2021)

Modified versions of Mental Samurai and Ultimate Tag can hold down the fort on Fridays until WWE Smackdown! is ready to return with its arena-style live audience.

Of course, new original series (including scripted programming) could be developed throughout the year and added to the schedule in piecemeal fashion. It’s just going to depend on how quickly location shoots and live studio audiences can be reintegrated into productions as commonplace, once again.

Until then, TV shows will have to find creative ways around that...or develop alternative types of programming.
