pairing. bf!treasure x reader genre. established relationship, fluff <//3 and crack (??) word count. 1.7k author's note. this has been sitting unfinished in my drafts for so long omg.. thank u to that one anon for remembering it existed and sending me an ask about it lmao! i had gotten this idea randomly thinking about clingy junkyu and then boom... this mess of a reaction slash headcanon slash idk thing came to life. hope u enjoy! it was also an excuse to use those photos of doyoung cz hes so cutie pie in them

fall asleep cuddling, drift apart while sleeping, wake up, notice you’re not cuddling, start cuddling again, and repeat - hyunsuk

hyunsuk gives off healthy mature long-term relationship vibes to me okay. i feel like a lot of couples that have been together for a while end up not cuddling while sleeping but rather get into their own comfortable sleeping positions, and then throughout the night, even though you’re so sleepy you’re barely conscious, when you realize that you’re not cuddling, you scooch back into each other’s arms. he always hits snooze on the alarm at least once in the morning just to get ten extra minutes of being with you before having to get up.

you both wake up stinky and sweaty every single time - jihoon

and it's because the two of you fall asleep in your cuddling position (usually you as the little spoon or resting your head on his chest, but you force him to let you spoon him sometimes), and then you don't. move. not an inch. if it gets too hot, one of you throws the blankets away, or gets rid of their pajama pants, or regains enough consciousness during the night to turn the fan on, but under no circumstances will you break away from your cuddling position - unless it is to get into another cuddling position, of course. it's quite nice, but it means that morning showers are obligatory, because you both smell atrocious after a night of being stuck to each other like glue on paper.

you’re not his partner, you’re his personal pillow - yoshi

you know those anime body pillows? yup. that's what you become when yoshi wants to cuddle. he gives me major cuddler vibes, so you’ll have tried every position in the book, but his favorite is definitely the one where he gets to use to your chest as a pillow and you graze your fingernails against his scalp. he’s got a leg hiked up over your hips and has his arms circling your waist and holding you tight. you can’t move. nothing will have him falling asleep as fast as that. your voice is like a lullaby to him, so he especially likes it if you talk to him in a low voice while he drifts off to sleep. he’s so happy he could fall asleep with a smile on his face. he’s so cute i’m going to off myself

you can’t escape the death hold he has on you - junkyu

a big portion of your time hanging out with junkyu is spent napping. something that surprises you every time is how even though he isn’t the touchiest of boyfriends, if you fall asleep cuddling, you literally cannot move unless you wake him up and make him let you go. forget going to the toilet when you wake up in the morning or getting a snack during your afternoon nap: if junkyu has you in his grip, you cannot escape. he doesn’t even seem to notice: he just wakes up with an innocent smile on his face, saying “oh, you’re awake, y/n?” even though you’ve been trying to discreetly untangle yourself from him for the past thirty minutes.

now i could NOT tell you why but jaehyuk gives me like… snorer and drooler vibes 😭 but like in a cute way okay… once he falls asleep he’s just out like a light, he can’t help it. he’s like those cartoon characters that sleep with their mouths wide open and there’s a bit of saliva at the corner of their lips. and they’re very light snores that are fun to record and embarrass him with. if you didn’t love him so much, it might give you the ick. but anyways, in terms of cuddling i see him as a mix of everyone above in a way; he loves both holding you close to him and being in your arms, he loves both rubbing your back or you playing with his hair, he loves falling asleep while cuddling but he’s also happy if you need more space and just have, like, your feet or hands touching. as long as you’re next to him he knows he’ll sleep well <3

wakes up every time you so much as move a finger - asahi

any asahi lore expert such as myself will know that asahi is a very light sleeper. i think for him cuddling is more of an activity than a way of falling asleep if that makes sense? like he’ll do it when you’re watching something, or when you’re talking and want to be physically close at the same time, but he just can’t fall asleep while cuddling. he also sweats easily, so the added warmth would just make it not fun for him 😭he’d do it for you if you really wanted it, but he’d rather just hold hands while sleeping or something like that. you’d also feel sorry for him with how often he woke up during the night, even if it was just for a few seconds, everytime you moved around too noisily or snored. he also always wakes up before you, and you’d need to have a conversation with him about how you’d rather wake up with him next to you rather than wake up without him, only to find him in the kitchen making breakfast for you :( he just wants to do something nice for him, but you’d rather be able to kiss him first thing in the morning!!!! sorry my bias is showing a bit

watches you while you sleep for so long it becomes creepy - doyoung

oh this boy 😭 if he falls asleep after you or wakes up before you, you just know he's going to be propping himself up on his elbow, gazing down at you with soft eyes and a fond smile because you're just the prettiest person in the world to him, and there's nothing else he'd rather be looking at. and he isn’t rattled in the slightest if you catch him doing it, too. he'll just smile wider and say "hey, baby" or "sleep well?", that fucker. it's lowkey creepy, but it's doyoung, so it's okay. it’s a bit jarring at first, locking eyes with someone right when you wake up, but you get used to it. i see him as similar to jaehyuk in the sense that he’s happy to fall asleep, cuddling or not cuddling, in whatever way you prefer. he’d probably like to fall asleep facing you so that he could see your face right as he woke up (in a lovely, enamored way, not in a creepy way!) 👍

keeps you from falling asleep but grumpy when you try to wake him up - jeongwoo

jeongwoo seriously gives me tired all day until it's time to go to bed vibes, like he'll usually be chill with bursts of energy here and there but in the evening he's like a cat with the zoomies. it's like 11pm and you're just trying to fall asleep because you have class or work the next day but your boyfriend is bouncing all over the room and talking a hundred words a minute, keeping you awake way past your bedtime. it's kinda cute sometimes, but most of the time, you want to suffocate him with your pillow. usually, though, he'll calm down if he sees you're really tired, or if you force him to stay in your arms and start threading your hands through his hair or rub patterns against his back - that really calms him down. he becomes super quiet instantly and can even fall asleep like that. but dear lord, when that alarm rings the next morning, you do not want to talk to him for the following fifteen minutes. he is so grumpy and sleepy in the morning, i just know. it's impossible to get him out of bed and you've just learnt to get up yourself and wait for him to wake up - although it's better to check that he hasn't fallen back asleep (which he usually has). he just keeps groaning for five more minutes and buries his head in his pillow to block the light out, but if you press a kiss to his cheek or forehead, that usually gets him to open his eyes and start smiling, then ask for a proper good morning kiss on the lips. this kid is annoying as hell, but you wouldn't have it any other way.

forgets his size and rests his whole body on you - haruto

haruto is like those big dogs that have no idea they're so big and wonder why they can't just lay on top of you. “it's because you're suffocating me, ruto! you're too heavy to rest your whole weight on me.” when you'd told him that, he pouted so hard and had seemed so genuinely upset that you apologized, took him back in your arms and simply neglected your need to breathe for a little longer. he is also one hundred percent that guy who will deny wanting cuddles or any sort of skinship, but if you don’t give it to him, he will be mad at you. if you do give it to him, he’ll pretend he doesn’t like it. you just have to be a mind reader, i guess. all this to say that even if he doesn’t tell you outright, haruto definitely wants to cuddle to sleep. sure, you can fall asleep in his arms if you really want (he loves it), but he’d rather fall asleep on you like yoshi does, even though he’s way too heavy for that.

you fight every time you have to decide who gets to be the little spoon - junghwan

my son.. do you guys know that “thank you myson!” jimin meme… anyways… junghwan might have buffed up over the years but do not get him wrong, that man is a little spoon until the day he dies. if you are also the little spoon, you will have to fight. simple as that. you can decide if it’ll be a tickle fight, an argument where you try to prove why you defend to be the little spoon more, or an actual fist fight (you might lose though), you’ll have to settle it one way or another. no matter how much both of you try to deny it, you love it either way anyway. as much as you love the feeling of his arms around you, there’s something about holding such a big man in your arms like he’s half the size that he is.

our sleepy baby is a homebody at heart (so am i kyu, i feel you), but that doesn’t mean he won’t leave home when it comes to you inviting him places. maybe it’s more so because you seem to know exactly when he actually does feel like going out, but kyu finds it absolutely freaking heartwarming when you tell him excitedly about a place you want to visit with him or take him too. he feels special in that he’s the one you go to, not anyone else, when you want to experience something new with him because he might be interested. new experiences can be scary, but being with someone you trust makes them a tad bit less. so find new cafes, or restaurants, or art studios. tell him all about it because he will totally be down to try new things with you!

yoon jaehyuk gives me falling in love with someone even sweeter than him vibes. is that possible? almost not because we all know this boy is the embodiment of all things precious and sweet. but the moment this boy lays his eyes on you as you take his order at a cafe he stumbles upon one day, he falls head over heels for you and the way you seem to always recommend the perfect things for him to try every time he visits. further into your official relationship, jae lives for the times you go to him first whenever you try out a new recipe, bringing him the first batch of whatever pastry or dessert you bake. some are meh and the most others are drool-worthy, but jae finishes everything you make him nonetheless because the fact that you put your hard work into something and came to him first makes him realize how much trust you have in him in seeing possible flaws in your work.

please, every single time a tweet or weverse comes out with this boy’s film work, i literally swoon bc how is asahi literally the epitome of my aesthetic? he has the most beautiful pieces of photography ever and captures the smallest yet important moments with the members. that one thread of his film photos while he was out with ruto, hwan, jaehyuk, and i think also jeongwoo? those are my favorite roommates right there. that being said, because a lot of times, asahi takes candid photos of others in their natural state, he finds himself feeling really important and wanted when you show him a photo you had secretly taken of him. to him, it kind of feels like your way of saying, “hey, i think you’re beautiful in the times you might not think you are, because you’re perfect to me no matter what.” this bby wouldn’t know how to react when you show him because he’s so overwhelmed with emotion that he kind of just smiles and shrinks into himself, PLS he’s so adorable.

ah kim doyoung, our resident angel. we all know how our precious boy (or literally all of treasure) is so respectful of everyone whether he’s close with them or not, but his manner hands whenever he’s passing stuff to someone, or the way he seems to feed or give food to others before himself is something that tells me that our dobby would be absolutely enamored with someone with the same mannerisms. the first time he took you out to a family dinner (family dinner meaning a dinner with the other members), he would literally swoon when he catches you holding your hand under his sleeve when he’s reaching for something at the table, or when he catches you sneaking his favorite chicken pieces onto his plate. dobby sees you sitting back to let the other boys serve themselves before you, or to hand dish plates past you before taking food for yourself, and he can’t help but think about how perfect you guys are for each other.

the way you get along with his sister

we know that haruto loves airi so so much. the way he speaks about her and thinks about her during tmap so 37 (?) shows how much he loves his family, and how much he protects and cares for his sister. so when haruto sees you and airi playing and joking around with each other, completely comfortable with skinship as if she were your own little sister, he absolutely melts. just knowing that there’s someone other than his family that can make her smile has him feeling some kind of way, and a fond smile can’t help but make his way onto his face. he might tease you, asking if you like his sister better than him and pretending his heart doesn’t skip a beat when he sees you braiding airi’s hair, but the question alone just shows that he appreciates that you’re getting along with his family (and that he might be a little jealous lol).

mr. i can’t take a compliment but i will hype literally everyone i care about. ah, our lovely boy. our jeongwoo’s always been a little shy - no matter how loud he is, he’s still a true introvert and this might be why he finds it hard to take compliments easily. it breaks my heart when he says things that imply that he’s not handsome or that the other members are more handsome than he is because he’s so beautiful on the inside and outside, so i think that his s/o should often remind him of this. he would definitely feel butterflies when you compliment anything about him, his voice, his look for the day, his skills, his personality, blushing and looking down with a smile because he doesn’t know where to look. ask him why he’s so handsome, ask him what made him look so pretty, ask him why he’s so talented and amazing that you can’t believe how lucky you are to have him - this boy will not know what to do with himself. jeongwoo is so so so precious, and i hope that he realizes how much we all love him because he deserves the world. fun fact: jeongwoo is the first member i noticed (besides having already known yedam from the skz survival show) because i thought he was so pretty and funny lol.

i think we’re all well aware that our poor baby is just working his butt off to survive high school and i want to commend him immensely for all the hard work he’s put in academically while balancing the idol life. i don’t think i could ever survive a lifestyle as fast-paced as the one this boy lives and i’m so extremely proud of him for it. that being said, something tells me that junghwan would just absolutely appreciate any help and support you would give him while he’s balancing practice and school work. whether it be quizzing him for the next big exam he has or helping him out with chores just so that he doesn’t have to worry about them, he will fall for you a little bit more than he already has. he might not outright ask you for help, but the way that you somehow pick up on what he needs without him saying anything has him feeling a little more butterflies in his stomach just because of the way you know him so well without him even having to mention anything.

wanting to touch the ink - jihoon

it was early into the evening when you had finished intricately decorating your left arm with flowers and miniature patterns. the ink extended until your fingertips, where the chocolate coloured henna contrasted the supple skin of your palm. calling out for your boyfriend, jihoon, to see the gorgeous pattern which was slowly staining your skin. he'd seen your henna designs many times, though you'd never quite done such an intricate design. in truth, it had taken you most of your morning to etch the ink onto your shoulder and down to your forearm, with added difficulty when trying to duplicate each pattern onto all of your fingertips. once he emerged from the doorway, he saw your figure, basked in the golden sunlight that filtered through the window of the small room, and the way in which the delicate henna glistened across your skin told him that it hadn't quite finished drying. he extended his forearm, in a manner that expressed he meant to reach out for your still-drying shoulder. you quickly shuffled away from his hold, extending your right hand toward him with your palm facing outward. "hold it right there, hoon." you continued despite the pout that now adorned his features, "you know as well as i do that you're not allowed near me until this dries." his pout deepened in response, if you weren't dead set on keeping him away from you, you'd have probably broke out in laughter at his almost comical expression. "don't you remember what happened last time you were near me while my henna was drying? 'cuz i do. and it sure as hell wasn't pleasant." crossing his arms in front of his chest, he stared at you with contempt, "hey, that was one time! i'm responsible, y'know." his brows furrowed and his eyes slanted in mock indignation. he stepped closer to your frame, grabbing your right hand and clasping his fingers around yours before raising it above your head, taking a step back until your waist was trapped against the windowsill. you seemed ethereal against the golden light, your skin seemingly kissed by each ray of sunlight. he planted a brief kiss on your lips before diving back in for another, his right hand coming up to your frame out of instinct, where he accidentally brushed against the wet ink. his thumb smearing the corner of one of the beautifully crafted flowers at the top of your shoulder. he pulled away from the kiss at the contact, grimace adorning his face at the slight smudge against your skin. your eyes still shut, you tilted your head down, "jihoon, if you just did what i think you did, you have five seconds to run." "but wouldn't that just smudge it more?" "jihoon!"

hugging you // asking you how you did it - hyunsuk

"hyunsuk! c'mere!" you shouted from the bedroom that the both of you shared. you were basked in a pale moonlight, the open window in the back corner of the room sporting a full view of the waning moon. your skin seemingly glowing, showcasing the newly drawn henna along your palm. the ink-stained towel that you'd used to clean up the edges of your design now lay discarded atop your desk with the rest of your henna ink and pens. the clutter only adding to the mess that was your workspace. small ceramic bowls decorated the edges, filled with paperclips, bottle caps, thumbtacks, and other small doodads you'd kept or deemed useful. "hyunsuk!" you shouted once more, hoping for his sake that he wasn't ignoring you. just as you were about to storm out of your room to find him, a sleepy looking hyunsuk appeared in your doorway, causing you to immediately put your henna-clad hand behind your back. suffering from a bad case of bed-head, hyunsuk leaned his palm against the frame of the door to balance himself as he fought off his urge to sleep. lidded eyes looking up at you from the downwardly tilted position of his head, muttering something near unintelligible. "what? 'sukkie, you look like you just died and came back." in truth, you loved how he looked when he was tired. the weary look in his eyes and his slow blinking matched the small pout he unconsciously sported. drowsily making his way through the bedroom and over to you, hyunsuk nearly bumped into your desk. taking a look at the discarded rag, he'd realized that's why you'd called him over. before he could ask, you confirmed the suspicion by revealing your hand and palm to him. "oh, it's beautiful. just like you." shifting his gaze from the intricate art on your hand, “you should show me how you do that.” he looked into your eyes and blindly moved his hand to hold your waist. "you're a dork," you scoffed, tucking a strand of hyunsuk's hair behind his ear as he leaned his head against your shoulder, "hm… but i’m your dork." you noticed hyunsuk's breathing slow and his head get heavier against you as you smiled at the slumped-over dork. maybe he was a bit of a mess, but he was your mess and that was all that mattered to you. “i love you, you dork.”

you find them doing research on henna - yoshi

it was nearly two in the morning when you stumbled over a sleeping yoshinori. he'd fallen asleep at his desk as he so often did when he got overly excited about researching one topic or the other. his computer light illuminated the wisps of his hair as you cautiously stepped toward the sleeping boy, you noticed his notebook had clean, perfect handwriting which transformed into scribbled-down notes and later into indecipherable shapes on lined paper. skimming over the notes as best you could without disturbing the boy whose face was pressed against the reams of the notebook cover. when yoshi tried to learn something, he certainly gave it his all. you knew that already. though, most often he would share what he was learning with you since you'd always loved the way his eyes lit up when he talked about something he was excited about, this was not one of those times. he'd kept his research to himself and his journal. as you looked over his scribbled notes, you realized he was researching henna. you weren’t aware yoshi had any interest in it, but his notes were thorough, thought out, and he even included little scribbles of flowers. one of the drawn designs looked oddly similar. looking down at your henna covered arm, you immediately recognized the flower patterns you had raved about to him. it’d taken you a while to perfect them, and you were quite proud of the design you’d crafted. and so, you were more than excited to show yoshinori. carefully, you pulled a woven acrylic blanket over a shivering yoshi. he stirred slightly, looking confused as he rose from his hunched over position at his desk. “hm?” you giggled to yourself, watching his eyebrows furrow. “nothing, love. come to bed and get some proper rest, yeah?” he shuffled, rubbing his eyes and stretching before going rigid and closing his notebook, as if he’d been caught in the act of something illegal. “i, hm. i didn’t mean to fall asleep.” you decided he looked too cute to not tease; “who would mean to fall asleep when doing all that research? must’ve been interesting.” you smiled as he looked up at you, “it was.” “what did you research?” you asked as you grabbed his arm, coaxing him toward your shared room. “henna. mmh, i wanted to learn about henna for you.” he muttered, one hand over his eye in an effort to lazily wake himself up. “for me?” you inquired. “mhm,” yoshi prodded at the henna drawn on your arm, “it’s pretty, you’re pretty.”

taking photos - junkyu

you were sat at a table overlooking your backyard, where your boyfriend kneeled, taking photos of the flowery hedges which formed a lush border around the carpet of grass that was slightly overdue for a trim. there, you dragged the pen which held your henna ink along your skin, etching spirals along the blank canvas that was your thighs. you'd been lucky, the weather was finally at a bearable temperature for you to wear shorts, though not warm enough for you to feel burdened outside in the sunlight. the hem of your shorts was pulled up to your waist in an attempt to not stain the worn polyester. as you carefully dragged the cold liquid across your skin, a glare of light silhouetted your actions, shortly followed by a faint shuttering. once you'd turned your head to look for the reason which your vision had been overcome with a bright light, you were met - face to face - with the culprit, camera in-hand. junkyu, softly smiling at you from behind the dark frame of the lens. "sorry," he timidly muttered, hand coming up to the back of his neck in what you presumed was embarrassment, "you just looked too beautiful." to say you were speechless at his brazen compliment would be an understatement. your mouth agape, you stared at the soft-spoken boy in front of you. pen still in hand, you froze. your pinky slightly extended outwards from the overhand grip you currently had on your henna pen and your wrist tilted awkwardly above the unfinished texture so as to not let the dark liquid smudge nor come into contact with the blank flesh of your arm. "i looked too... what?" "beautiful." your mouth now clamped shut, lips forming a straight line as you stared into his chestnut eyes. still slightly embarrassed, his lips tugged upward in a shy smile. quickly grasping the black, boxed camera, the black strap which connected each side of the old fashioned camera moved from its formerly stagnant position around his neck, junkyu once again positioned the camera to face you. thumb resting on the underside of the lens, supporting the weight of the camera whilst his index finger hovered above a hard, recently-used button. click. the familiar, harsh shutter was heard again as a sudden bang of light crept upon your vision, the vivid light staining your surroundings for a moment before dying down. "sorry, just... had to capture that expression."

MOVIE NIGHT W JUNKYU

you looked up from the netflix screen as you felt the edge of the sofa beside you sink with the weight of what looked like every blanket on the earth. junkyu was standing over you, checking out the screen to figure out the film you had been so anxious to watch with him. 

you weren't much of a horror movie person generally but you wanted to watch something that would creep him out a bit, partly so he'd want to cuddle closer into your side, but more because even the prospect of junkyu leaping a foot into the air at every jump scare made you giggle.

you had been worried he might catch on to your scheme and try to back out, so you kept your choice from his knowledge, but now that he had seen he looked far less phased than you had been expecting.

he reclined beside you and let his head fall on your shoulder, reaching over to pull some blankets over your laps. you started the movie and looked down at junkyu, already giggling to yourself as your lips pressed against his forehead.

your stomach dropped when the creepy music started though, and it occured to you that you had never factored in your possible aversion to scary movies. you never watched them after all. you had no clue how you'd react.

the first jump scare took you totally by surprise, throwing your phone into the air and screaming. junkyu barely flinched, only looking up to check you weren't too shaken up. as soon as he was convinced he lay his head right back down on your shoulder where it had been and let his gaze soften as he mindlessly watched the tv.

again and again you found yourself shouting and starting whenever anything jumped out of the shadows at you, not quite realising how afraid you had been until junkyu's fingers brushed the tears from your cheek.

'hey... are you alright? why on earth did you pick this movie if you're so terrified of scary stuff?'

you tried to explain your reasoning, still hopping about every few moments until junkyu finally turned off the film and gave you some peace of mind.

'well do you wanna watch something else?'

you didn't want to have totally spoiled his night, and despite your regular jolting he seemed to have been enjoying the film.

'we could watch a documentary?' you suggested, knowing they were a favourite of his.

his excited smile told you your plan b was a success, and he immediately started babbling about some space thing he had heard about and had been dying to watch.

the documentary wasn't exactly a bundle of laughs either. it mostly focused on humanity's many shortcomings and the inevitability of annihilation should we be met by any real large-scale disaster. but junkyu was transfixed, so you watched on, arms around his neck and head on his shoulder, glad he could get something fun out of the evening.

it wasn't very long, but the palava with the film meant you were watching into the small hours of the morning, and it was the most you could do to trudge to bed and wash up before collapsing.

that apparently made one of you though, because after slipping into bed next to you junkyu was eager to get your thoughts on every piece of information the documentary had presented you with.

'do you really think humans would be that useless if an asteroid hit? how long do you think we'd last? a year maybe? no, that's probably too much, it's probably more like a few months.'

it was the most you could do to just smile at him and nod sleepily, eyes already closing as you listened to the rambling.

'i think the flooding must be pretty inevitable though, right? like climate change is basically guaranteeing a rise in sea levels.. do you know how high seoul's elevation is? maybe i should check that out...'

you held onto his shoulder to stop him from rolling over and googling it then and there, thinking the phone light would burn your eyes considering how desperate they were to end their shift for the day.

he stayed laying on his side facing you, only now realising how much of a struggle it had been for you to remain awake as he rattled on. he whispered an apology under his breath and wriggled his arm under your body, pulling you into his chest and aligning your ear with his heart, leaving you to fall asleep against its slow and steady beating.

hyunsuk snickered, turning away as you looked at him with a subtle glare before training your eyes on jihoon, who was laughing away with no care.

“y/n is probably getting flashbacks to the day they first met,” the younger male spoke, only laughing harder when you slapped his arm. “what?!”

“wait, what?” jaehyuk raised his brow in question. “what happened when they first met?”

you rolled your eyes playfully, gesturing towards the male who sat in front of you, doing his best at looking at you with a ‘sexy’ gaze. “pretty much this. this idiot was drunk, and he tried flirting with me–” you were cut off by an overly excited jihoon, unable to keep the rest of it to himself.

“–before he puked all over her. it was quite the sight,” he continued, laughing. “not the prettiest sight, but an entertaining one, for sure.”

jaehyuk looked confused, staring at your boyfriend before looking back at you. “you agreed to date him after that?” he checked, unsure if he was missing something. “even after he barfed on you? damn, i could never.”

“i didn’t think i could either, but what can i say? it’s the kim junkyu effect.”

the drunken male in front of you perked up at the mention of his name, the corners of his lips tilting upwards as he looked at you. “yep, kim junkyu, that’s my name! don’t overuse it.” he clicked his tongue, causing you to heave a hopeless sigh.

“please, stop. i’m losing my last brain cell as we speak.”

“it doesn’t matter what you lose, because at the end of the day, i’m yours — so who’s the winner here?”

your mouth fell open at your boyfriend’s words, turning to his friends, wondering which of them taught him to speak like that. but seeing their shocked expressions, especially jihoon’s, you realized it was really your junkyu trying to hit you up to the best of his abilities.

“so …” junkyu dragged, resting his face on his hands as he looked at you. “does this mean i can take you out on a date?” he asked, cracking a shy smile, which made your insides melt a little.

“well, i got good news and bad news for you.”

the brunet blinked slowly, trying to register your words before a small frown came on his face as he nodded. “what’s the bad news?” he looked worried for you, making your heart swell at his unintended cuteness.

“well, the bad news is that i have a boyfriend,” you answered, getting snickers from the others as they witnessed how you expertly handled your drunken boyfriend.

junkyu’s brows furrowed as he frowned even more. “then what’s the good news?” he inquired, observing you intently as you reached out with your hands.

His lips feel warm against yours, inviting you to dive deeper, to kiss him harder. The laptop lies to the side now, the headphones forgotten as the music continues to bleed through them, your boyfriend's soft voice singing your praises. You find your home in Yedam's lap, your knees on either side of his legs as you continue to lazily make out with him.

Yedam can't help but smile into the kiss, his arms snaking around your waist and pulling you closer, his chest flush against your own as his lips mesh your mouth, intoxicating you. All you had intended to do was listen to the new music he was so eager to show you, your heart swelling swelling you realized just who it was about.

But that was before you had turned to look at him with nothing but love in your eyes, only to find his face barely a hair's length away from yours. Before you knew it, you were caught in a hot mess of kisses and affection with him, and there was nowhere else you'd rather be. Maybe that's why you decide to go all in, your tongue grazing his bottom lip before you smirk to yourself, starting to suck on it.

And he can only moan at the feeling, granting you access into his mouth as you go even more deep, his tongue flicking out to meet yours in an exhilarating display. You fight him for dominance, refusing to back down until you feel him grope your butt, squeezing it just enough to make you gasp in surprise. That's when you know you've lost, the depths of your mouth being opened and explored as he shoves his tongue down your throat.

Things soon take a turn, becoming more heated as the both of you let your hands roam, your lips never leaving each other while you tug at his hair and he rubs the stretch of skin covering your arms. Goosebumps rise in his wake, sending a shiver down your spine just as he tilts his head to the side, pulling you in further.

You feel a hot feeling bloom somewhere inside you, emanating from the pit of your stomach all the way down to your core, making you feel lightheaded. Your knees threaten to go weak from the force of that feeling, your sense of being coming and going as Yedam begins sucking on your tongue, the pink muscle swiftly moving in and out of his mouth.

You haven't a care in the world, just cherishing this moment you have with your boyfriend, away from prying eyes and loud members. Just the two of you, in the comfort of each other's arms, your mouths making love to each other. You'd be lying if you said it doesn't bring alive a desire deep inside you, but you're still taking it slow. Tentative till you're ready to go all in, trying, and failing, to fight the urge for more.

It's not like you don't want to, it's just your heart telling you to take things slow. But as Yedam's hand run down your back before coming back to rest near your hips, you know things won't be slow for much long.

hello everyone!! this week (8-15 july) i’m going away on holiday so some of my posts are scheduled to still publish whilst i’m away. i’ll try to be active-ish of a night time but it might not be possible as i don’t know whether the hotel will have wifi. i hope you all understand <3

♡ studio days!

kyu spends too much time in his studio sometimes so you often tries to coax him out of his habitat. but when that won’t work, you stay with him in the studio, sat on his lap with your head buried in his neck, or on the couch behind him playing on your phone. he’ll ask you for your opinion on the music he’s producing and sometimes he’ll even ask for your help in writing or recording parts.

♡ lazy days!

junkyu loves resting in his bed, showing as much affection as he can whilst buried beneath blankets with you. junkyu loves his sleep almost as much as he love you so why not pair the two together. cuddles with kyu are amazing especially when he’s in the fluffy koala pyjamas - he’ll play with your hair as you rest your head on his chest just enjoying the calm that surrounds you.

♡ karaoke!

junkyu loves singing and he’d love to spend time singing songs with you where he doesn’t have to worry about being in time or in tune. he loves being able to scream the words to your favourite songs and putting a smile on your face with his silly antics. sometimes he’ll even wear the loud accessories like wigs or glasses and moustaches just to make you laugh even harder.

♡ baking!

teaching kyu to bake would be so entertaining, you would have to take the lead and explain every step. junkyu would get distracted by you and your beauty so he accidentally puts to much salt in the mixture, trying to cover it up. it’s not until the pair of you go to eat the finished product when you realise it’s too salty, and kyu finally tells you what happened, showing his puppy dog eyes.

Chapter 37 - Not his girlfriend

“Y/n, is that you?” Doyoung’s voice startled you not far behind where you’re standing now.

‘clink clank clink’ the sound of the metal bowls hitting the concrete floor rang as you felt them slip from your fingers after hearing him call your name.

“D-Doyoung-ssi! What a surprise to see you here!” you stammered as you turn around to look at him.

Doyoung flashed a smile at you as he makes his way towards you now that he’s confident that it was indeed you that he saw.

As soon as he reaches your spot, he immediately lowers himself to pick up the metal bowls that you had dropped earlier.

“I’m so sorry, I didn’t mean to startle you,” he said as he dusts off the metal bowls one by one before picking them up.

“W-what? N-no! it wasn’t your fault anyways. I was just…” your voice trailed off as you turn around to sneak a peek at Junkyu who was still hiding behind the thrash container not far from where you were standing.

Junkyu met your eyes and shook his head at you, implying that he didn’t want Doyoung to know he was hiding back there.

You turned back around to face Doyoung just in time as he was getting back up from his stance to hand over the metal bowls to you.

You accepted them from his hands and thanked him.

“No biggie. Hey, are you okay? You seem…distracted,” he said, noticing that your eyes would once in a while look elsewhere.

“Oh, nothing! I was just…curious as to where the cats I fed had went to,” you chuckled nervously as you lied. You weren’t curious about the cats, you were worried about how long Junkyu had to be hiding behind the thrash container if you stayed here any longer with Doyoung.

“I see. You want me to help you find them? I can help you,” he responded. Doyoung was already taking steps towards where Junkyu was hiding and you couldn’t help but panic on your own.

Which was why you ended up tugging his arm and making yourself accidentally trip and hit your head against his back.

“Ow!” the both of you said at the same time.

“Oh my god, I’m so sorry! I didn’t mean to—” you apologised, your hand rubbing your head from the minor accident.

“Gosh Y/n, when Jihoon-hyung always complained about you being hard-headed, I didn’t expect him to be literal about it,” he chuckled as he rubs his back.

“I’m so sorry Doyoung, I—wait, what?? Jihoon said what about me??”

“Aish that’s nothing to worry about! You know he likes to joke about these things,” he grinned as he places a hand on your head.

“He better be joking,” you mumbled under your breath.

Doyoung smiled politely at you and moves his hand away from your head now.

“Well, are we still looking for your cats or—”

“NO!” you interrupted him, not intending to raise your voice though. Your eyes widened as you realise how rude you might have acted towards the younger boy in front of you.

“I-I mean…no….it’s okay! I’m sure they’re all full after being fed,” you tried to smile at him to not make him sense your suspicious behaviour.  “So…what brings you down here?” you tried to change the subject.

“Oh, right. I almost forgot. I was looking for Junkyu-hyung. You don’t happen to see him around here…do you?”

“What?” you stifled a fake laugh. “No way! What would Junkyu be doing here? Yeah, no, I haven’t seen him,”

“I see. Bummer. I was hoping to find him here. We’re all having dinner soon and the other hyungs were looking for him.”

“Aw, that’s unfortunate,” you said, feeling kinda bad that you lied to him; to his other friends too at this point.

“It’s alright, I guess he’ll come back to the dorm soon,” he smiled. “Are you heading back to your place too?”

“Uhh, yeah…I guess…”

“Alright. I’ll walk you there.”

“Huh? Oh no, there’s no need to—”

“Nonsense. I’m not gonna let a pretty girl walk home alone Y/n,” he said matter-of-factly, a serious look on his face.

“O-okay..”

Doyoung bent down once again to tie the loose shoelace on his left foot and you hurriedly took this chance to turn and look at Junkyu.

“I’m sorry, I gotta go. Be careful, okay?” you mouthed at him, slightly sad that you had to leave him alone like that.

Junkyu nods at you and mouthed back “it’s okay. I’ll text you later”

The both of you exchanged apologetic smiles at each other, and then you turned back to Doyoung who just got back on his feet again.

“Sorry, my shoelaces were loose,”

“Oh no, it’s fine.” You smiled at him. “Are you ready to go up now?”

“Yeah. Let’s go,”

“Okay,”

You were about to walk ahead of Doyoung when he slowly catches up to you and places an arm around your shoulder. “Hey, slow down, Y/n. Wait for me, I thought we’re walking up together,”

“We are. I’m just a little faster than you,”

“Naw hey don’t say that,” he grins at you as he catches up with your pace, his arm still around you.

The both of you took few steps towards the direction of the main entrance of the building, both your figures getting smaller in Junkyu’s view now that the both of you have left the thrash spot.

Junkyu got out from his hiding space and sighs to himself. Why does he put himself through all this? Why does he hide the fact that he was spending time with you from his friends? Why was he hiding you? It’s not like his friends don’t know you. It’s not like the both of you are a couple…right? Then what was he so afraid of?

Treasure’s Dorm (Dorm #1 / Night)

Doyoung entered the house only to be greeted by Junkyu who looked like he just arrived minutes before Doyoung did.

“Hyung.” Doyoung greets him with a smile as he makes his way towards their kitchen to meet the rest of their group (only members from Dorm 1 and 2 were gathered here tonight).

Junkyu nods at Doyoung, acknowledging the younger member’s greeting in return.

He watched as his friend entered the kitchen before he decides to join them all as well.

“Hey, Doyoung’s back! Did you find Junkyu?” Jihoon said as soon as he sees the younger boy come in.

“Hey, yeah—”

And just in time, Junkyu showed up near the kitchen’s doorframe.

“Ah, so where did you find him?” Hyunsuk asked this time.

“What? Oh, no, I didn’t find Junkyu-hyung. He was already here when I got back,” Doyoung said as he gestured towards his hyung who was standing not far behind him.

“What?? You were already here all this time Junkyu-aa??” Jihoon asked in disbelief. “You should’ve said so, why didn’t you say anything?”

Junkyu shrugs at his friends. “Everyone looked so busy, I didn’t want to interrupt on anything,”

“Eyyy no way! I told you I’m bringing dinner over tonight! There’s nothing to be interrupted anyways!” Jihoon snickered as he walked towards his best friend to hang his arm around his neck now.

“Heyyy too close, too close,” Junkyu pushed his best friend’s arm further away from him.

“Aw come on! You never reject Mashi if he does this to you,” Jihoon whined.

“That’s ‘cause he does it in a non-creepy way—unlike you,” he responded, still trying to get Jihoon’s arm away from his neck.

Jihoon grinned and continued his attempt in teasing his best friend.

Meanwhile, Hyunsuk and the rest were getting ready to plate up the foods that were served on the table into their own plates.

“Hey hyung, you said you were just gonna check if Junkyu-hyung was down at the main thrash container earlier, but what took you so long?” Haruto asked Doyoung as he picks on a piece of tuna gimbap with his chopstick.

“Oh? Oh, right! I bumped into Y/n just now.”

Suddenly, Hyunsuk, Jihoon and Junkyu stopped what they were doing and turned to look at him.

Doyoung felt eyes were on him, so he looked up from the table and noticed his hyungs staring at him.

“Uhh…are you all okay?”

“We’re all good, nothing to worry about!” Jihoon chuckled as he removed his arm from Junkyu and proceeds to head towards the table to grab his own food.

Mashiho noticed Junkyu still standing near the doorframe, so he called out to his hyung, “Junkyu-hyung! Come here, come and get some food here,”

Junkyu blinked a couple times and smiled gently at his friend. He heads towards the table and picks up a plate for himself.

“S-so…you met Y/n, huh?” Hyunsuk asks slowly and carefully, almost as if he was stepping on thin ice.

“Yeah,” Doyoung answered, his hands continuing to pick up more food for his plate again. “I think she was feeding the stray cats down there. I saw her there and she said she was heading back up so I thought I might as well walk her home,”

“Aww that’s so nice of you, Doyoung-ah!” Yoshi beamed proudly at his dongsaeng’s gentleman behaviour.

“Yeah, I mean—obviously I’m not gonna let a pretty girl like her walk back alone,” Doyoung snickered before biting on his gimbap.

This earned him looks from his hyungs again.

“O-oh. I see. That’s good. That’s nice of you,” Hyunsuk replied shortly.

Junkyu, who was seated next to Mashiho now, frowned at what the younger boy said. He remembered how he saw Doyoung wrapping an arm around your shoulder earlier tonight and he thought that it was wrong for him to feel jealous about it but hearing Doyoung talking about you this way—he couldn’t help but feel like most of the maknaes in his group were smitten over you.

Jeongwoo, who had been quiet the whole time as he was busy eating his delicious foods, finally opened his mouth to ask, “Junkyu-hyung, can you hand me over the sauce packet beside you,”

Junkyu didn’t hear him the first time because our dear koala friend here was too busy running up thoughts in his own head.

“Hyung?” Jeongwoo asked again.

The rest of them too, now, raised their heads to look at Junkyu who seemed to be frowning at his plate and munching on the piece of gimbap in his mouth.

“Junkyu-hyung? Is everything okay?” Doyoung asked, slightly worried at seeing his hyung’s expression.

Again, still, Junkyu wasn’t listening.

“Hey, hyung—”

“No, you can’t take her away from me!” Junkyu blurted out unintentionally, his eyes widening when he realised what came out of his mouth.

His eyes met Doyoung’s and immediately he felt his ears burning with embarrassment. Junkyu quickly got up from his chair, mumbling about going to his room before he left them all in the kitchen.

The whole gang at the table exchanged confused looks with one another.

Time skip to a couple of days later—Junkyu was insistent on letting his friends know that you and him were already dating—despite the fact that the only dates the both of you had were only at your apartment or the main thrash container outside your apartments’ building. That too, wasn’t what he intends to have with you forever; he couldn’t imagine never taking you out on real dates, that would’ve been horrible.

Alas, Junkyu never got around to telling his friends about you and him. It just never seemed like the right time. He couldn’t possibly spring this topic up when they’re all in practice. What if the management finds out about this? As much as he wants the whole world to know that he’s in love with you, he wants to take it slow too. You approached the counter, smiling at the familiar cashier as you took out your wallet from your bag, waiting for the cashier to scan your ramen bowl.

“By the way miss, we’re having a 1 plus 1 promotion for items listed on the menu here,” the cashier points towards the menu that was on the counter.

“Oh? 1 plus 1?”

“Yes, you can get any 2 of the items in this menu and pay it for a single price,”

“Oh wow, that sounds like a nice deal,”

“It is! You should try the grapefruit sparkling drink, it’s really tasty!” the cashier offered.

“Sure, I’ll take those then,” you grinned.

“Okay! Hang on, I’ll get you the cold ones from the chiller, since it tastes better cold,” the cashier said as he slides out of the cashier compartment to get you the cold drinks.

“Ahh, t-thank you!” you thanked him, feeling bad that he had to go get the drinks for you when he could’ve informed you to go take it yourself instead.

“It’s no worries,” he called out from the chiller not far behind you.

You were pulling out more change from your wallet now, adding in the charge for the drinks as well when the cashier returned with two cold bottles of grapefruit sparkling juice for you.

“Here you go! So your total now is $13.”

You handed him the money and thanked him again for his wonderful service.

“No problem! I always see you going here almost every week, so it’s nice to be of your assistance,” he smiled as he bowed slightly at you.

“Ah, I didn’t know you noticed,” you smiled back at him.

“You look really pretty today too, by the way,” the cashier added.

But the quiet didn’t last long. You were the one who broke it first as you asked, “So, how long are you allowed to stay out here?”

“Around 30 minutes?”

Junkyu nods at this. He watches as you peeked into the ramen bowl now, your hand holding onto a pair of chopsticks and mixing the seasoning into the bowl, the smell of the shrimp broth floating in the air around the both of you.

“So, what do want for dinner tonight?” you asked as you continued stirring the noodles, your eyes fixed on the bowl in front of you.

“Hm? For dinner?”

“The rest of the boys are coming over tonight, right? We’re…telling them about us…tonight?” you asked him, your head raised in his direction now.

Junkyu nods his head firmly. “Yup! And then I won’t have to worry about people flirting with you anymore,” he huffs.

“Oh you have got to be kidding me…” Junkyu muttered to himself, although you could hear him.

“Okay, fine, you caught me,” you raised your hands, sighing. “What are you doing here anyways??”

i feel like hyunsuk isn’t really the type to initiate that much skinship. from the videos i watched just looking at interactions, he’s not as clingy to the members as the other boys (but that doesn’t mean he loves them any less! his heart is so full of love for them, we all know that). but! he has the habit of slinging his arm around the members’ shoulders. he’s mostly like this with doyoung. i was just watching a bunch of videos where hyunsuk babies him and it finally clicked in my mind after i struggled to come up with something. you and hyunsuk could just be standing around, waiting for your take out or waiting in line at the grocery or convenience store, and his chest would just be pressed to one of your shoulder blades to let you know he was there for you in case you needed him. his arm may or may not be slung around your shoulders, but he will still dip his head towards your ear to say something to you over the surrounding noise. it’s not exactly whispering sweet nothings, it’s literally just normal conversation that could be said out loud. but there’s something about bringing himself towards your face that makes hyunsuk feel closer to you (metaphorically and literally) and he just likes it. he’ll talk to you with his heart eyes trained on your face or the side of it, and he especially likes the way you tilt your head back at him (eye contact or not) to respond. heart definitely skips at the times you’ll lean your head back against his and if you tilt it enough to lay it on his shoulder (he’ll have his hand on your waist if you do this PLEASE DO).

park jihoon just has this thing about him that no matter how annoying (affectionate) he can be to someone, you can’t help but absolutely love him. jihoon is just so teasing by nature and i think it’s cute that he’s some sort of a special type of tsundere. he’s the type to give you tough love all the time and will take the time to scold you when you’re talking bad about yourself because he loves you so much and doesn’t want to hear this stuff about you. he wants you to know how loved you deserve to feel and is ready to give you that love. he gives me a lot of best friend to lover vibes because you’ll be joking around with him, he’ll refuse to play along, but then he’ll laugh and just wrap you into his arms when a pout forms on your lips. jihoon thinks the way you react is just cute - that annoying little shit (again, affectionate). the type of guy who you would have a “i swear we’re just friends” phase with but then literally be laying your head on him whenever you’re together or literally linking arms with him all the time. he does this a lot to hyunsuk but he’ll just shake his shoulders like he’s doing aegyo so that they hit you while you’re doing something so that you get annoyed, and then ultimately just pulls you toward him to stuff his face in your neck and just hug you so tightly that you have no choice but to let it happen.

you know that one live where yoshinori is sitting on the floor and he just scoots his cute little butt over to jaehyuk to lay his face on his lap? and jae just lets yoshi snuggle himself into his legs and just leans over to his face? yeah, no doubt yoshi would do that to you. just your presence is enough to calm him after a long day. he does this mostly when he’s tired and had a long day, finally able to be in the warm comfort of your home. he finds you sitting at the couch, probably catching up on the recent drama you had fallen asleep when you were watching it with him before you went to bed, or the lecture you had to catch up on. poor baby just drops to the floor after planting a kiss on your temple, wraps his arms around your legs, and squishes his face onto the side of your thighs. he damn near falls asleep right then and there when you begin to ask about his day with a giggle, your fingers softly running through his hair. all you get are content hums and you can tell that your boyfriend is about to fall asleep, so you gently pat his face to help him get ready for bed.

i just found the most heartwarming youtube short of the junkyu day vlive and got inspired, so junkyu’s might be pretty long compared to the other members. basically, hyunsuk had been late for his class so he like was rushing out and then everyone started pretending to rush out too but junkyu was literally grabbing onto every single other member in the room bc he didn’t want them to leave and it was so so so precious. i think he would definitely be like this to his s/o because as much as the members portray him as a homebody and someone who likes his alone time, i think he does like to be accompanied by someone in particular - you. there’ll be times where you’re just getting up and you’ll find his hand on your shoulder, wrist, waist - whatever - and he doesn’t let you go until you finally let him know that you’re just getting water or going to the bathroom. he just needs to know where you’ll be because somewhere deep down, just knowing where you are makes him feel like he’s not alone, even if you’re in a complete other room. in the times that you have to go home early or you can’t stay at the dorms for the night because you have work or class the next day, junkyu will be clinging onto you all the way to your car or your front door, slowing you down so you can spend extra time with him. he’ll have his arms wrapped around you so that your own are locked to your sides, and he’s just looking at you with hearts in his eyes. presses a kiss to your cheek before finally letting you go, but then calls you when you’re finally in separate locations to make sure you’re safe. please protect his soul PLEASE.

there’s that one tiktok of him and junkyu during the mysterious class reaction cam where junkyu’s grabbing his arm and leaning his head on mashi’s shoulder that i probably watched too many times before ending up screen recording it and sending it to every single of of my friends - THAT alone has wormed its way into my brain and i will not forget about that little smug face he had. it was so soft and cute and attractive that i was mashi brain for the next few days because i could not stop thinking about how he would literally have a smirk form on his face whenever his s/o would lean their head on him. it makes him feel wanted - needed - like his s/o could inform him if there was something, absolutely anything and everything that you needed. mashiho view it as his right as your boyfriend to provide to you, and he understands this as his s/o’s way of telling him that they trust him and glad he’s someone they can rely on. his heart will flutter from the moment you gently wrap your hands around his bicep before linking your arms to the moment you drop your head onto his shoulder and trail your fingers down to play with his own. once the initial smugness wears off, he’ll have the most content little precious smile on his face. he’s so happy with you that there’s no use in the members teasing him because he will outright agree with them - yes, he’s definitely in love you, and yes, he would gladly stay in this position for the next 72 hours.

we all know how much this sweet boy love his members and his kisses and his cuddles (this boy deserves all the love please). jae, of course, is big on kisses so no doubt would he be trying to plant one on you whenever he can because unlike the members, you gratefully and accept it and do it back. however, there’s something about the way that he’s always patting and fluffing the other members hair that has my heart go kaboom. maybe it’s because he does it with the softest smile on his face, or with his arm wrapped around the member but it. is. the. cutest. i feel like jaehyuk would do this to his s/o with absolute heart eyes. it doesn’t matter what you’re doing but jaehyuk always thinks you look cute. you could be preparing your lunch, doing the laundry, rushing out of the door because you’re late for class, eating a bowl of cereal very very sleepily, eyes half open, and jaehyuk will still be absolutely in love. he’ll just be sitting next to you, watching as your hand drags on the table to grasp his, while the other lazily scoops some cheerios into your mouth. jae only giggles as you slowly chew, using his free hand to gently ruffle your hair before allowing you to drop your head onto his shoulder.

skinship through acts of service

i really struggled with finding an asahi skinship habit and ended up using a completely different love language because asahi isn’t the type to initiate skinship, but he definitely doesn’t reject it. he lets anyone hug him, coddle him, hold his hand, and he’s not opposed to it. he even said himself that he usually waits for other people to approach him. i think it might be that way in the first part of your relationship with him, but i definitely think that it’ll become more and more comfortable for asahi to just wrap his arms around you out of nowhere. granted, he’ll probably opt to interlace your fingers more often (the things i would give to hold his pretty hands). that being said, asahi seems to be the least clingy of all the members. but, i realized that he does tend to initiate skinship when there’s a reason to do it (like doing something for the members), like helping you up, holding your hair back when you’re eating, or brushing an eyelash away from your face. i think that type of skinship would not be rare in your relationship because there’s a purpose for it, and asahi feels the need to do it because he’s your boyfriend. i think also if you two are sitting together, or are just generally near each other and are focused on something else, you both move your hands and they land near each other. asahi would just unknowingly catch them as they brush by his skin and would pull your fingers through his or cradle your hand in his. i feel like his hands are just so delicate and beautiful that just that action will have your heart fluttering. i think one big thing he really likes is when you pull his hand into your lap to play with his fingers!

방예담 、BANG YEDAM !

snuggling / hiding his face in your neck

wow okay when i tell you i’m in love with bang yedam, i mean i am in LOVE with bang yedam. he’s the sweetest, most talented boy (albeit frat-like ngl but we love him anyway). yedam is so clingy and for some reason that was a surprise to me when i first started stanning. he’s got so much love for his members and even though he acts super cool, at the end of the day, he just wants the others to know much he loves and cares for them. if anyone remembers the way he hugged dobby when he found out he was his manito, please cry with me. the way he held onto doyoung’s neck with a smile of realization and then threw himself into his younger friend’s arm and buried his cute face into his neck, please i was crying i want a yedam hug so bad. you know that thing where he just goes up behind a member and puts his hands on the members neck or shoulders before just stuffing his face into their neck? yeah THAT. yedam would do that so so so much with you because 1) he loves you 2) he thinks you smell good 3) he just wants to be close to you at all times every day and 4) he loves you. he will not fail to giggle at the way you squirm, but he can hear the smile in your voice when you tell him that he’s tickling you. yedam only proceeds to press tiny kisses onto your neck, finally letting go when you turn to meet his lips with your own, but that doesn’t mean he’ll keep his hands off you! definitely keeps his hands or arms around you.

although this kid is the king of flirting and cheesy pickup lines, i do believe that he isn’t the biggest on physical touch. not that he hates it of course - him pulling mashi onto the couch to cuddle with him, or his clinginess to junghwan is something that is really heart fluttering. but i think that he does seem to prioritize words of affirmation and acts of service most! he’s always telling the members, especially jeongwoo, how handsome they are (bless his heart, i hope jeongwoo can become more confident about himself bc he’s absolutely beautiful) and making sure the other members are fed before he eats too. but i’ve seen doyoung initiate smaller acts of physical touch with the members (ignoring the way doyoung’s always touching junghwan’s chest lol). i don’t think doyoung has a particular habit regarding physical touch - normally his skinship is ultimately still an act of service like asahi (like when he held jeongwoo’s hand to stop him from biting his fingernails). however, i think that this angel would without a doubt rub your back in a ways of comforting you or just if you’re sitting next to him and the both of you are focused on something else. maybe you’re watching tv or the other members play games, but his hand would just unconsciously move to your back or shoulder to draw little shapes or just rub up and down - like he did to junkyu in that one dad is sleeping video. it’s become so natural between the two of you that sometimes neither of you notice it happening until another members asks if you're feeling okay or if your back hurts or anything. a lot of times you both freeze, doyoung not even realizing what he was doing, and you both give cute little laughs (dobby’s bunny smile PLEASE TT). the members might tease the two of you a little, but they all secretly think the two of you are cute.

渡辺温斗 、WATANABE HARUTO !

his hands always seem to return to your waist

through the past few weeks i’ve come to love treasure, i’ve learned that haruto has a tendency to place his hands on the members waist. when junkyu had accidentally hit him with the jump rope and ran to him for a hug, haruto’s arms hugged junkyu around the waist. when jeongwoo felt bad that he had burned the meat during that one cute treasure map episode, haruto comforted and reassured woo by patting / rubbing his waist. then, very recently, during the be with me couple ending fairy at the trace concert, haruto grabbed dobby by the waist after the lights went out when they were laughing at each other, and i thought that was the cutest thing. there’s no doubt in my mind that he would do that to his s/o. its unintentional, but his hands and arms just seem to return to your waist. he’ll brush past you by moving you to the side with his hands on your waist, and he’ll be the type to give you a lot of back hugs when he thinks no one’s looking. he’s a bit of a shy boy, so he only initiates back hugs when you’re preoccupied with something (exhibit a: that one hello 82 video? i think when he was hugging yedam ; exhibit b: when junkyu got exposed that haruto was his ideal type and haruto wouldn’t let go of him for the rest of the live). maybe the waist thing is because he’s so tall, but either way, haruto will have ways to unknowingly fluster you all the time.

박정우 、PARK JEONGWOO !

twirling your hair and wiping the skin around your face for any crumbs

please, park jeongwoo has no reason to be so soft and cute around the members. i was having trouble picking just one type of skinship for him because he does the most heart fluttering actions towards the members. the way he just twirls his and the members’ hair out of habit is the cutest thing to me because he’s just a ball of wholesome energy and he just contains it by doing this omg he’s so cute. you and jeongwoo probably had been friends long before you ended up together, but it isn’t until you’re dating that you realize how often he plays with your hair when you’re just sitting together. jeongwoo never fails to gently grab your chin if you ever get remotely close to him (asahi once got close to him to read comments during a vlive and jeongwoo….just gently held his face - please) or tilt your face to face his own before using the tips of his fingers to gently brush away the remaining crumbs of the snack you just shared. the kid just has the softest look on his face when he does it (have i mentioned how pretty his eyelashes are?) and you never fail to blush when you watch him do it. his eyes are completely focused at the task at hand, then suddenly they meet yours, and jeongwoo just gives you the sweetest, close-lipped smile while giving your cheek one last brush with his thumb.

소정환 、SO JUNGHWAN !

bear hugs with his face pressed on top of your head

so junghwan, my precious boy. if you think that his hugs would not be warm or cuddly or soft, you are absolutely wrong (let’s ignore the fact that this kid looks older than me and has been hitting the gym - he’s still a baby in my eyes). but the way that he comforted and hugged hyunsuk during trace has been ingrained in my mind. with his arms wrapped around you tightly, head leaning on yours so that your face is literally squished against his neck / chest, you will feel absolutely comforted and protected like no one can hurt you. junghwan seems like he would be such a safe space. his hyungs have said many times before that despite his young age, he is a very mature and reliable boy, so i think that will translate a lot to how he is in a relationship! you are never afraid to go to him with your concerns, worries, or when you’re just tired and need a break because this sweetheart will always be down to listen to you, comfort you, and make you feel better. i think that through the years, i’ve come to know maknaes of kpop groups to be the ones that don’t want to be babied, but i feel like junghwan openly accepts all the love and care that the older members give to him, and there is no doubt in my mind that all the love he receives will be projected out to every single person he loves as well.

"Have you ever given anyone a massage before?," you finally voice the thought that's been eating away at your mind for a while, eyes nervously flitting to your sides while you rest on the bed, face down. "Of course I have," Jihoon replies, his tone a tad casual for your liking, and the grin he sends your way doing nothing to ease your anxiety. 

"Hyung, I don't think forcing Junkyu hyung to fold his body into life-threatening positions counts as giving him a massage," Jeongwoo quips from the side, a forced smile on his face as he holds the cup of oil in his hands. "Shut up," the elder rolls his eyes, stretching his arms out as he plants one knee onto the mattress, "I know what I'm doing. It's not like I'm trying to put Y/N in danger, we'll be fine." 

There's something about his words that worries you even more than you were before, but as he traps your torso between his thighs, neatly straddling your back, the only sound you can let out is a soft yelp. And that sound is only amplified when you feel his hands snake up your back, coming to rest right at the hem of your camisole, which conveniently lies across your midriff anyway, leaving your waist exposed. 

"Ji- there's still time, you don't have to do this," you whine in retort, but it's like your voice falls on deaf ears, because the very next second, fingers coated with oil make their way to your skin, rubbing and kneading it in circular motions. "Y/N, babe, I think it'll be better if you just lie down and relax, because we both know there's no pulling back now," Jeongwoo tries to reason, his own hand gently stroking your head and face as he attempts to get you to calm down. 

But even as he utters those words, you already find yourself relaxing under your boyfriend's touch, soft hums escaping you the longer he keeps massaging you back, in a way that's extremely.....relaxing, and much to your surprise, normal. The sounds make Jeongwoo smile in amusement, a gentle "So your plan did work" slipping past his lips as the elder shoots him a confident smirk, winking a quick wink before going in even further, now bent on releasing the kinks that have captured your shoulders. 

"How does it feel, sweets?," he asks you in a voice that's barely audible, kept that way to preserve the tranquility of the atmosphere. And your reply is almost instant, a wide, satisfied smile covering half your face as you reply with a "It's f-feels soooooo good," losing yourself under his touch. "It does, yeah?," your other best friend quips, just when you find a new pair of hands against the skin of your thighs. 

Those hands, of course, belong to Jeongwoo, as you can tell within a heartbeat from all the times you've felt them clasping your own. He gets to massaging your legs not soon after, the muscles beginning to get relaxed as he expertly kneads away at the pent-up stress. "Your muscles are so tight, Y/N," he grunts as his fingers tap away at your skin, caring as ever, "You've been working so hard." 

"And that's exactly why you needed this today, thank us later," Jihoon joins in, and it takes everything in you not to throw the two of them off yourself just so you can tackle them in a hug. "I seriously love you guys," you whimper, every word oozing with happiness and satisfaction, "This new semester has already been hard on all of us, but you decided to give me a rest even though you must be tired too?" 

"That's our job as your best friends," Jeongwoo giggles, Jihoon following suit as he digs his elbow into your back, a whine escaping just as the pain does too. "You work the hardest among us three, handling not just your own responsibilities but also those of my brother and me, and this is just our way of thanking you." Just way the eldest among you says this, so nonchalantly but full of love anyway, has your heart fluttering with pure affection for your two best friends. 

"Though of course, you can always pay us back by staying the night and spending it cuddling with us on the couch?," the younger quips soon after, earning a hearty laugh from you as you simply agree, the plan too good to pass up. "You know I can never say no to a night with my favorite boys," you hum, letting their magic work its wonders on you while you lose yourself to dreamland. 

Calling them your favorite boys is nothing you've never done before, but from the smiles that lift up both their lips, akin to the one that curves your own lips up, anyone would be able to tell just what they mean to you.

junkyu doesn't expect to see you standing outside of his and jihoon's apartment. to be honest, everyone thought that the food had arrived for their game night, and thankfully junkyu had drawn the short straw to go lug everything inside. instead, you're there, face wet with tears as you hug yourself again.

"did something happen?" he says softly as he steps out, pulling the door almost shut behind him. he knows the others know that something is going on, but it allows him the slightest privacy. "are you okay?"

you shake your head, and then step forward. he's already wrapping his arms around you as you bury your face into his hoodie, breathing in deeply. his cologne is faint underneath the smell of fabric softener, but you swear you can still smell it. "just..."

he says nothing. you let out a long sigh.

"i dunno. everything just sucks today, and i know i'm ruining your game night, but my roommate went out with her friends and wouldn't pick up and--"

he shakes his head. "it's okay," he says softly, hand rubbing soothing circles onto your back. "do you want to come in? you can watch us play--or join if you feel like it."

your eyes meet his. junkyu hasn't introduced you to the other half of his friend group yet--just because the timing never worked out. jihoon knows you, sure, but you've only heard stories about hyunsuk and yoshi. "are you sure?"

"i'm sure," he smiles at you, and it somehow does wonders to ease your stress. "they won't mind. i promise. you'll like them."

junkyu's hand slips into yours, and he runs his thumb alongside the back of your hand. at least you know junkyu will be there when you need him the most, smiling proudly when he introduces you to his other friends.
