Venting session

Fair warning: there will be maybe some triggers along the text, so feel warned.

This post is exactly what the title suggests, a venting session, something I just need to put out in order to release it from my mind and maybe it will bring a new perspective to me. So that means there will be some (or many) grammar errors because I'm not sending this to anyone to check it for me.

Right now I'm sitting on my bed with my two dogs (grumpy Juca Pepper and weary Bento Skywalker), having just taken the dirty sheets from my bed to put some clean ones at night. What's important is how my face looks like right now: puffy, red eyes and runny nose. Why do I look like this? Because I cried a lot last night and this morning.

I'm at the peak of my PMS and that means I'm at the lowest of my confidence levels. Everything makes me feel unsure, unsafe and insecure. That explained, I'll tell now what led me to all the crying.

I saw a tumblr meme game directed to fanfic writers and, since I wrote a few (if you know, you know it), I thought I could give that little game a try. Long story short, it was a dumb idea. Not only no one reply to me, when I sent my tweet to some people I trust to check my works, they didn't remember anything that would be worthy about my works. And since I'm at my lowest level of confidence, I felt, for the lack of a better work, like shit.

Yes, I assumed someone would have something nice to say about one of works. But I guess that was my mistake: assuming. I'm not a "mainstream" writer for the fandom I read/write, not a member of the popular group of writers, and I second guess everything I write, that's why it takes me a long process to put everything online (it also applies to this blog).

I do it to simply outlet my creativity and not have it recognized when I asked for was a hard blow for me. And it also puts a whole new number of doubts on my not so confident mind: is it worth it? Shouldn't I be putting all this creativity shine through somewhere else? Does that mean I'm merely an attention seeker, not doing it for the right reasons? I don't know anymore.

Only time, away or off, will tell.

Pedro announces to the people that he has suffered an attack, and Joaquim is surprised to learn that he is the Prince Regent. Joaquim reveals to Pedro that the sailor who saved Leopoldina's life. Chalaa tears up the letter Domitila writes to Pedro. Pedro enters Joaquim into the palace through a secret passage. Anna and Joaquim are reunited. Joaquim reveals that he came to speak to Leopoldina, and Anna demands explanations. Thomas is surprised to see Joaquim talking to Anna and announces to his rival that he is engaged to the teacher. Wolfgang tells Diara to buy Idalina and Matias. Elvira says goodbye to Quinzinho. Chalaa looks for Domitila and the two kiss. Germana is thrilled with Elvira's departure. Joaquim invades Anna's room and admires her drawings. Thomas tries to talk to the bride, but she sends him away from the palace. Joaquim takes Anna to the Indian village.

Cassandra discovers that Excalibur has an interest in Eliza, and blackmails Adele. Jonatas seeks out Rosngela and convinces me that he works honestly, even though he lives on the street. Fabinho tells Jonatas that if he can approve the project to clean up the Tamandu River, get him a job at Bastille. Jonatas suggests that Fabinho involves people from the community in the project. Eliza gets into Arthur's car to escape from Jacar and Brao.

Baltazar confesses to Tereza Cristina that he doesn't like Griselda. Wallace lies to the doctor about his fainting. Marcela kisses Paulo. Rafael looks for Amlia. Patrcia confesses to Vanessa and Ellen that she is still in love with Antenor. Ren demands that Cr reveal his wife's whereabouts. Tereza Cristina looks for Griselda.

Poliana asks Pendleton to release her to go to the magic show with her friends. Durval probe Raquel to go to Australia. Waldineusa tells Nancy that Waldisney is not the man for her. Srgio tells Pendleton that he told Joana about the project. Ruth probes Bento and Joo to go to the magic show and they decide to go in hiding. At the magic show, Poliana volunteered to participate in the show and was recognized by Mr. Gigantoso.

Dorival tells Tarcisio that he will destroy the workshop. Diego and his nephews plan to spend the day in a different city. Leon tells Mauricio that Fanny left very angry on her last date with him. Leon writes a letter to Fanny, and says that if he doesn't have an answer why what was between them ended forever. Isabela takes advantage of that she spent a moment alone with Diego Nicolas to take him with her. Johnny decides to buy Ana's house. Lnin says goodbye to Fanny, and thanks him for being at her side, she is confused because she doesn't know if she's making the right choice. Mike tells Johnny that he heard some men say they were going to set fire to the “school” Workshop and he will see what is going on. Ana tells Fanny that love is the main ingredient to forgive, and if she loves Leon, she must go to him. Fernando and Diego go to Isabela's house and she says to stay with her son forever. Fernando tells Isabela that he will sue her. Dorival threatens Johnny with a gun when he enters “school” to avoid the fire.

Romina returns from Argentina and tells Fbio that she is expecting a child from him. Fbio wants her to terminate the pregnancy. Sandra drinks too much and Wilson is forced to leave Pantera at the bar to take Sandra home. Jenny plans a revenge against Sofia.
