FNAF Drabble #3
This was alot of fun to write this becaus I feel like I got to develope my characters better and sort of give a better idea of Kyle’s and Samantha’s whole relationship towards eachother. I also had fun writing @mysticbaconslice’s Juan because he’s such a cute character and he’s so thoughtful.
Juan ran down the streets trying to get away.
He knew it was a bad idea and normally he didn’t pick fights with older kids…normally he didn’t pick fights at all, but they were just being so disrespectful Emilia. He couldn’t just stand there and watch.
That’s how he ended up bloody battered and bruised running for his life from kids that were two times his size.
He wasn’t even sure where he was running to just that he if he let these boys catch him…he didn’t want to think about that.
Juan was about to lose all hope, when a neon sign flickering to life caught his eye, as he slipped into the nosy atmosphere of the pizzeria.
He weaved his way through the crowds praying the older boys wouldn’t find him but apparently, he wasn’t that lucky, because suddenly he was being spun around to face them. This was it he was going to die and end up one of those kids dumped in an ally way.
He squeezed his eyes shut waiting for the inevitable, when he felt a firm hand on his should,” Juan my man where have you been.” He opened his eyes slowly, looking up to find Kyle with a tense smile on his face on his face,” Your late, you can play with your friends later.” He said.
Juan couldn’t help but feel extremely relieved as the man pulled him away from the older boys who were looking disappointed.
~
Kyle took him into a back room blowing out a sigh of relief,” That kid, was too close.” He told him glad that he found the boy before things escalated any further.
“Yo Sam, you back here,” He called out,” The kids bleeding.” Kyle said, hearing a crash and some curse words.
“I swear to god Kyle.” The girl came stumbling out looking a bit disheveled,” What the fuck did you even do.” Samantha asked her eyes briefly flicking to Juan before glaring at him.
Kyle rolled his,” Why do you always assume I did something?” He grumbled,” I found the kid like this was about to get pummeled by some nasty little punks.”
Groaning Samantha rubbed her temples,” Okay whatever just get him situated in the back, I’ll go grab the first aid kit I guess.” She said leaving them alone together once more.
“You heard the woman lets go get you situated.” He said taking him into her office getting him sat down on her work bench while they waited for her to return with the first aid kit.
~
It was a few minutes before she brought back the first aid kit, and bag of ice wrapped in an oil stained rag,” It’s clean put that on your eye.” She told him gesturing to the black eye.
Juan did as he was told avoiding eye contact as she tended to his split lip, nervous thoughts making his stomach churn until he couldn’t keep them inside anymore,” You’re not going to tell my Papa are you!!?” He blurted out, flushing bright red.
Kyle snorted,” Oh yeah, we totally are he’s gonna be so mad, maybe he’ll hate you.” He rattled of sarcastically, scrolling through something on his phone.
Samantha head snapped up glaring at the older boy, as Juan visibly paled, “Kyle!” She scolded him,” He’s not going to hate you,” She comforted the boy,” He’d probably prefer you to come home a little less bloody no.”
“No, he expects more blood, he wants you to kill a man.” Kyle chimed in earning a groan from Samantha,” Don’t you have tables to bus, dick for brains.”
A smirk found its way onto his face,” I’m on break.” He said looking up from his phone,” Besides you can’t say you’re a little curious about how our perfect boy Juan got into fight.”
Juan felt a little awkward sitting in the middle of this, he wondered absent mindedly if this was how people acted like when they liked each other.
She sighed rolling her eyes,” Foot up.” She told Juan, receiving a strange look from him,” Don’t think I didn’t see you limp in here, you’re not fooling anyone.”
Juan rolled his eyes doing as he was told, as she carefully removed his shoe wincing as his whole foot throbbed.
Tugging off his sock she frowned at the purplish bruising,” It looks a little swollen but at most it’s just a sprain, I’m surprised you made it all the way here on the thing.” She said, pulling out some bandages carefully wrapping it with skilled hands.
“You should probably stay off it still if you don’t want to make it worst.” She said, chewing on her lip a little as she worked.
Juan watched her work curious,” I thought you were an engineer, how come you know so much about medicine?” He asked.
A smile tugged at the corners of her mouth,” Yes but my mother’s a nurse, she started nursing school when I started middle school.” She explained,” Well she had to practice on someone so I was her guinea pig.” She said smiling fondly.
“Alright your turn, how did you end up getting into a fight?” She asked him, Kyle chiming in with an,” I told you so.” Making her roll her eyes,” Well I’m going to have to call his dad at some point to come get him or he’s going to worry.”
Juan bit his lip chewing on it,” Oye, no biting or it’s going to start bleeding again.” She scolded him, making him jump a little.
He rubbed the back of his neck sheepishly,” Well there’s this girl I’m…friends with at school and these guys were being jerks to her…”
Samantha waved him off,” Ah say no more I get it.” She told him wanting to spare him from telling all the awkward details.
“Awww of coarse it’s something as boring as chivalry,” Kyle grumbled, “I was hoping the story would at least be a little more exciting.” He whined.
Glaring at him threateningly she growl,” Kyle I swear to god if you don’t shut up I’m going to come over there and slap you.
Kyle snorted clearly un-phased by her threats,” Yeah yeah, at least tell me you got a good punch in kid.” He asked the boy.
“Of course.” He grinned mischievously.
Samantha groaned exasperated,” You two are impossible.” She said leaving the room to call Pablo so he could come get his son before Kyle corrupted his soul any further.

FNAF Drabble# 4
Felt like doing something cute with the grumpy Tablet boi and Juan. He’s such a stressed boi and sometimes he need some TLC. Samantha honestly thought that Juan was talking about another little boy, she’d be a little more weirded out if she knew it was a grown man. (dead or alive) Just a fun little piece of writing. Might do a follow up with how the night shift went lol...
Juan and Terry belong to @mysticbaconslice
Samantha carefully worked with the wiring one of the animatronics, fixing a few minor details.
She was so focused on her work that she didn’t even notice the two boys come in until,” Sam, we need your help with something!!” Her hand slipped, as the boys yelled frantically.
Hissing she pulled her hand back, sticking her finger in her mouth,” Yeah?” She mumbled around it.
She could see the boys tense up a little realizing what happened,” It’s fine just a little burn …what are you boys doing back here anyway?” Her brain finally catching up, as the boys gaze sheepishly fell to the ground.
“Juan, Teddy, you two know you’re not supposed to be back here.” She scolded them going to the sink to run her finger under some cold water.
“We know but it’s an emergency Sam.” Teddy said waving his little hands around dramatically, “We need your help.”
Sighing she looked them over,” Is this a real emergency or is this going to be like last time with the cold pizza.” She asked them.
“Ugggh that was one time.” Juan cried out annoyed,” This is a real emergency!!!!”
Nervous feeling bubbled in the pit of her stomach,” Oh my god what do you two do?!” She said worried her brain jumping to the worst possible conclusion.
She was only twenty she wasn’t equipped to handle these things.
“We didn’t do anything we just want to ask you about something were not really sure about…” Teddy said fiddling with his fingers awkwardly.
She could already feel that she was going to regret this,” Okay ask away.” She closed her eyes sighing running a hand through her hair.
“How do you take care of a sick person?” Her eyes snapped open…this wasn’t exactly the kind of question she was expecting.
“Not quite the question I was expecting but…okay...” She said looking them over as they shifted nervously,” Why do you need to know?”
They both tensed up their gaze flickering up to meet each other’s before falling back to the floor sheepishly. Juan cleared his throat speaking, “We have this friend and they’re not feeling well so we wanted to help them out…”
She raised an eyebrow clearly knowing this wasn’t the full story,” And why didn’t you just bring this friend here?” She asked them.
Juan rolled his eyes,” Because he’s really stubborn and doesn’t want to admit somethings wrong.” He grumbled crossing his arms, frowning.
Teddy giggled,” Plus I think he’s a little shy.” He added,” Not quite ready to meet someone new in person.”
Samantha snorted,” Oh yeah, I know someone like that.” She commented absent mindedly,” Alright I’ll help you guys but you have to promise to not do anything to stupid, all right?” She told them.
The eagerly agreed as she showed them the things they needed to do giving them what they needed.
~
Teddy had to leave but Juan was still on a mission.
Making his way to a part of the Pizzeria, one that wasn’t really used anymore by anyone, now just mostly being used to store things.
Opening a door to one of the closets, Juan grinned,” Hola Señor tablet I’ve brought some things.”
Terry winced, as his head throbbed threateningly wishing that the younger boy had never found him in the first place.
He wouldn’t have found it in the first place but he was having trouble keeping the cough quiet, his throat aching painfully as if he had swallow glass or taken a hot knife to the throat. (lol not what happened at all what are knives)
Terry had had a lot of viruses over his years at the pizzeria but nothing hitting him quite as heavily as this one. He could barely stand without the entire world spinning around him, yet this boy couldn’t just leave him alone to suffer in silence.
At least it hadn’t been Finn or Melody that found him in such a pathetic state.
He chose to just ignore the boy, hoping that he’d just give up and go away…But Juan was nothing if not persistent.
Lowering his voice when he noticed the older man wince, Juan continued,” Please, I know you said to leave you alone but…” He trailed off chewing on his lip,” You have to get better though so you can help my papa keep the monsters away!”
There was a lot of things Terry could ignore, the guilty tug at his heart hearing those word he could not.
He rolled over facing him hissing as his joints ached from the motion,” Alright let’s see what you got?” He croaked, barely getting anything over a whisper out.
A smile found its way onto Juan’s face, as he pulled out an old ear thermometer that’s normally used on small children,” Well first she said I should check your temperature to see how bad off you were.”
Terry snorted when he saw the thing,” Do you even know how to use one of those?” He winced rubbing his throat. Jumping a bit when a finger was pressed to mouth.
“No talking, and of course I do!!!” He said smiling brightly, not looking completely sure of himself.
Terry rolled his eyes not used to being shushed by a twelve-year-old, but kept his mouth shut as the boy inserted the thermometer in his ear,” Your supposed to rock it slightly- “He tried to tell him getting shushed once more.
Though Juan did as suggest so I guess it was a win-win scenario.
They sat in awkward silence until the electronic device utter a shrill beep, causing the pain to spike in his head.
Juan took it out looking at the numbers, letting out a low whistle,” My papa was right you don’t do things in halves.”
Terry was close to asking what exactly that was supposed to mean but was interrupted by the twelve-year-old shoving a paper cup and some pills into his hands.
“Sam couldn’t give me the whole package but she gave me enough for one dose.” He said smiling,” She even showed me how to make tea.” The boy told him clearly proud of himself.
Terry looked at the tinted water in the cup, it felt warm and it didn’t look poisoned (not that it mattered). He took a tentative sip, sighing as the warm liquid soothed his throat a little.
It took a bit of pestering for him to take the pills however.
Juan then threw blanket over him sloppily tucking him in,” There!!!” He said smiling. Terry chuckled he didn’t have the heart to tell the boy that this probably wouldn’t work,” Thank you Juan.” he croaked.
The young boy was beaming,” Well I have to go Señor Tablet, my dad’s probably wonder where I am.” He told him,” Feel better.” Then he ran off leaving him behind.
Terry knew it was his imagination but he couldn’t help but feel a little better.
