Apologies for twewy brain for a second here but on my point of it being like the first time and having it change you as a person.. neku was isolated to a point he grew apathetic and hated everyone and everything and grew to .. trust people again .. and natsume still had great care for everyone but felt he was better off not in the photo and he's growing more to trust people as well and know they want to help him too and I think it's such.. a good way to explore the effects of isolation on people in general and the importance community really has on.
