I think it’s beneficial for all newcomers to the annual tribute and to keep those who continue to battle this disease in our prayers. • **Excerpt** "Layne was the quietest child in his high-school class," she remembered. She’s an incredibly strong woman who’s positive influence has helped me stay on the right path. • • Nancy appeared on NBC networks local station KING TV’s Northwest Afternoon with host Margaret Larson (now retired). I can’t believe it’s been almost 2 years since the last “in-person” Layne Staley Tribute. This was in the green room at the Nectar Lounge on night 1 of 3. It was a cool moment when I got to introduce Brendan Maier & Mom Anna to Layne’s Mom, Nancy.
