Highlight application isn’t always a quick swipe and done for me. I love a dimensional glow, with the lightest shade of highlight on the tops of the cheekbones, a bronze shade highlight blending into the cheekbone and then a pink or peach highlight right on the top of the cheeks for a youthful glow. The key with this soft glam on @_lexigraham was using a bronzer shade as her eyeshadow. Then, I used the Japonesque Velvet Eye Pencil in Brown for a soft kitten liner. 💫 Pro Tip: Brown is a great alternative to black for a softer liner look especially in the spring and summer. Raise your hand if you’ve ever felt personally victimized by a waterline liner? 👋🏻 It’s been such a struggle for me - I’ve tried nearly all of them, but I have to say, since trying the @japonesque Velvet Touch Eye Pencil set (comes with black, brown and cream) that I got at @saloncentric, I may have finally found my favorite! It’s creamy, pigmented formula glides on easily, I can sharpen between uses for sanitation and the best part - it doesn’t budge 🙏🏻 I love using these pencils as well to smudge and blend out under shadow for more 💥 On gorgeous @alexisfabie, I used black on her bottom waterline and lash line that I blended out and the brown on her top lash line for depth on that smoky brown lid.
