How do rose swap! Y/N and Moon meet? How did Y/N meet sun and Eclipse?
What does Y/N think of the Celestial trio?
OH! What a great question and I was in the middle of drawing something that relates to this question when I got this ask, so it's your lucky day! And lucky for me too: STORY TIME and INFO DUMP!
get your tea ready mates, LONG POST!
Out of the three, you meet Moon first when they get hired as a security guard to help Vanessa take care of the place. She immediately signs up Moon to patrol the daycare section, including the main entrance (even though that's technically not part of the daycare), the Daycare Theater, and under it. Vanessa very much finds you annoying because you would follow and talk to her any chance you got since you get bored of cleaning. Moon's take away from his meeting with you is that you remind him of his friends: excitable but sweet. Vanessa doesn't mind if they keep you company as long as Moon's makes sure that you don't bother her. Moon likes talking to you :)
Tumblr media
Then time flies a tad and you're finally able to meet Sun! He is able to get a job as your assistant as you and Fazbear Entertainment have been getting many complaints about your uncleanliness as well as your creepy appearance and nature, staring into the abyss while thinking about your new favorite human.
You remember being told a lot of Moon's roommate. Mostly rants about how they never sleep properly because they've been trying to get college work done in and then staying up the rest of the night to clean every spot in their apartment. Moon told you that he hopes by Sun getting this job that they can work on getting a proper schedule.
You were very excited to him so when he arrives on his first day, bright and early at 6 am with Vanessa and Moon guiding him in, you are very quick to give a pleasant hello! Unbeknownst to you, Moon also talked to Sun and Eclipse about you too! Sun was very surprised to find that you are much taller than he thought, and he doesn't know what to think about how that makes him feel. He finds many things you both have in common... and some things that you don't. All around he finds you as a pleasant rock to talk to and be friends with much to your happiness for a new friend and another favorite human!
Tumblr media Tumblr media
You're hugger, by the way. You have to make sure Vanessa doesn't catch you since you're technically not allowed to touch staff at all. You were so excited however that you completely forgot Vanessa was one of the people who escorted Sun to meet you and nabbed them up right away. Sun was very surprised but didn't mind too much.
Now onto Eclipse! You meet him much later than the other two as well as during a time when he didn't work for Fazbears. Even though you looked pristine, on the inside you were very messy and ragged. You tried the best you could, but often would forget. Sun and Moon noticed pretty quickly and when trying to bring you to Parts and Service to get fixed, you were quick to decline, run, or hide. They decided to see if you would be up to trust their friend Eclipse, who is a great mechanic and is very close in getting their degree in robotics. You were hesitant but agreed. You were glad you did, because you made another great friend, and they became another one of your favorite humans!
Eclipse definitely finds you interesting because of your AI and all about "human-ness" that Fazbears has been able to create. From a friend standpoint, however, they adore you and took to you much faster than the other two. He also absolutely loves that he can finally look up at someone when talking to them.
Here's something from some point in the nearer future when Fazbears grabs Eclipse up before their rival in the west could.

I hope you enjoyed this info dump because again, I love giving them :)

Identity
I think that celestials (aka angels/demons) recognize each other by "essence", their "them-ness", something like a soul that's tied to their memories. Edit the memories, you edit the "personhood" and thus the soul, changing who they are. When Gabriel put his in the fly, his body and celestial essence in heaven was no longer Jim according to the celestials. Celestials can't recognize humans, or each other, by face--by corporation. By body. Except those who spend a lot of time on earth, where human souls can be separate from the body, and where human bodies hang around after death. They would have to learn how to recognize those dead bodies without the soul present, and so would learn facial/body recognition minus the soul/essence. Because you would be considered really weird if you suddenly don't know whose dead body is in front of you because "their soul is gone". Earth dwelling celestials would have to learn facial recognition.
I don't think the fall itself edited memories, or even edited or erased demons' names.
Aziraphale recognizes Crowley in Eden, because they seem comfortable joking about blasphemous topics. But A doesn't know C's new name. How do they recognize each other? Surely it can't be by face, because this is Eden, they surely have not spent a ton of time with Adam and Eve/on earth, nor looking at each other since Aziraphale doesn't know Crowley's demonic name. Even if A+C had spent a lot of time with the new humans, eons even, how would that translate to recognizing each other? If they seen each other a lot but never talked, they still wouldn't have known who each other was, because Aziraphale couldn't have connected the previous angel to the new demon without having learned whose face that was--he wouldn't have had facial recognition as an angel in order to connect angel Crowley with demon Crowley.
Unless whatever happened in the fall didn't actually change anything about their essence/souls at all, and everyone knows that; they just claim it did because of war propaganda. The only thing that actually changed was a forced name change, not because of the fall, but because they were told to or chose to. When humans are damned, which is also said to happen with the book of life, they don't have to change their names. I don't see why it would be any different for celestials in the same book.
I think what each side claims happened in the fall is that it edited some kind of meta info attached to the soul: angel to demon. Beez seems to think that editing your soul's info, like blotting your name, changes/erases it, and that's why the fall happened: this is why she believes the book of life is real, because blotting out your name makes it as if you don't exist, which describes their fall.
I think the book is real, but I don't think it actually works like that.
Some of the original religious traditions held that you didn't have a soul until you were named, and so conversely we could assume that stripping that name removes your soul until you're given a new one. Stripping the name sounds like the Book of Life, the fall, death: you will have never existed. This new soul with the new name isn't the same as the one you had previously--new name, new soul. You effectively "kill" the old person by changing the name, literally. Perhaps when the angels were created, god gave them their names; they believed the act of "book of life"ing those names, removed them and stripped the godly essence from them, thus causing the fall. I think that's what the angels claimed happened, but that's not what actually happened: the demons' names were removed from the book and they were damned, but their souls were not changed. That's why they're still the same stock, still have identical abilities. A human who is damned by the book still has their same name, it doesn't get changed by being damned.
The book of life assigns you to heaven or hell, but it doesn't actually change anything about your soul: it's a legal document. Just like on earth, being sent to prison means someone thinks you deserve torture, it doesn't mar your "soul"--though that's what people believe because surely being in prison means you deserved it so thus your soul is criminal: reversing cause and effect. Just like people think hell is deserved, just like people think anything god does is deserved and irreproachable: think Job.
This fits with traditions that make the same claims about huge changes and your soul: sex makes a boy a man, and makes a woman either fallen or requires her to change her name; Samson in the bible loses his strength by cutting his hair, and hair and clothing making you a different person is also found in Christian gender role beliefs.
But how does identity work in GO? It does not seem as straightforward as essence or face. There's stuff missing.
Are names attached to the soul, the essence that angels can see? Aziraphale introduces himself to angel Crowley, which we could read as either politeness or as names and info aren't embedded. Aziraphale has to ask demon Crawley's name, so I think names aren't embedded. Maybe originally, angels chose their own names, they weren't given by god. That would fit names not being embedded to the soul, and demons choosing new names after the fall--if they'd done it originally, then it's natural to do it again.
In s1, how does Gabriel know Adam's name at armageddon? Hastur didn't know it, so he can't have gotten the info from Beez/hell. Crowley indicates which boy, but doesn't say his name; he said it before they arrived. Everyone was supposed to be at Meggido, and they knew Aziraphale was up to something hinky, so perhaps they located Aziraphale and were listening on the giant globe just before he arrived. How did Beez know to go to Tadfield though? Did they all converse on the back channels before arriving too? We saw B rallying the troops in hell, before realizing something was wrong as the Horsepeople were killed, so I don't think they would have physically visited. If there are backchannels that Gabriel used here, then Gabriel lies a LOT to his own second in command. And he's been doing it forever.
Hastur and Ligur know it's Crowley they're meeting in the graveyard, either because they recognize his car or because they can tell from far away it's him. Are they so familiar with that one Queen song that they recognize it?
How is it that in s2e6 the celestials don't know there's humans in the shop? Does soul reading work like Anathema reading auras, where she only sees it if she concentrates? Something they have to check like an ID that has to be specifically looked at? It can also be masked, because at the end of s1 Aziraphale says Adam is human, but we see him still have his powers. Both of these fit the angels not recognizing Crowley in Job, thinking he's human, simply because they do not expect to see him and thus don't "check his ID", or he's masking it. At the end of s2, Maggie and Nina were ignored until they spoke, whereupon everyone noticed they were not dressed properly. I think it's the dress and not the essence because it's Michael who ID'd them, and heaven knew no other angels were there. This seems to imply Nina and Maggie had an "automatic defense thingy" that makes suspicion slide off them, like what Adam had in s1. Them being partially celestial, or some kind of occult like Anathema, would explain why they are harder to miracle and why they don't shrug off weird stuff like everyone else does. Everyone normal notices the supernatural stuff, they just assign mundane reasons to it.
Dress could also be a major reason why Crowley was ignored in Job, because angels wouldn't be caught dead dressed like that, and neither would most demons. Shax is the only one who shows up on earth without obvious demonic markers, either sores/an animal/a sash. Same for why he was ignored in heaven in s2, because they don't expect to see anyone else up there, and without obvious reason to make a fuss they don't throw accusations.
