#a guy just vibes and makes music. tumblr likes him. then he becomes super popular and everyone starts VIOLENTLY hating him #ppl don't really hate ed i think they just got sick of hearing shape of you everywhere #and ppl don't hate harry as is but just how much praise he gets from the media for not doing much special #you don't hate them you hate the way media treats them #so why are you pointing your vitriol at them 🤔 #yeah they're celebrities they're not gonna see it (or most of it ig) but you do know they're still people right #that's a human person. you passionately hate a real person you don't know anything about who didn't do anything wrong #(bc like it would be a whole other thing if they actually hurt someone but as things stand atm. we don't know so i assume not. for now) #it's okay to be salty or dislike them/their music ofc but the amount of straight up hate i see on my dash lately is genuinely concerning #like if you find yourself spending a lot of time constantly posting or making memes abt how much you hate a complete stranger #then maybe it's time to log off a bit and find a hobby or some other way to vent negative feelings! i am being genuine here
