God Margaret you are like so pretty?

So yeah on the final day of the game, I'm gonna shoot my shot, why not

I mean, I expected nothing less from her, she was the one who started the Empress SLink really, not me. She had that fucking incredible line, something like "Entangle me in your string of fate," it was gorgeous.

I'm mostly sad Margaret isn't even more of an option because I find her really interesting and very, very charismatic. Being around her feels like being around someone who is much more important than you are but she still decides to grace you with her attention.

As an Empress, she's an interesting choice. The Empress is seated, is passive in her observation of her kingdom, but holds a wand aloft. And Margaret's was certainly instrumental in using power to illuminate the path for Reverie. She makes for a rather cold temperament, but her efficacy cannot be argued with.

Also she KISSED REVERIEEEEEEE. gosh. golly.

Character Accuracy to Their Arcana: Six out of Ten.

OH RISE. You know I have no idea if I would say I "liked" Rise but my got was she like.... the exact chaos the group needed. Teddie and Rise both brought a tremendous amount of energy to the team, both joining at the same time too.

I really admire how decisive Rise is. Which, of course, Lovers, obviously. She may struggle to figure out what exactly she wants, but once she does, she already has her shoes tied tight and is headed forward. And her journey being set up from the start with her Shadow, how there is no such thing as the True Self, and how that continues to be the core of her arc was really very fucking good.

Character Accuracy to Their Arcana: 10 out of 10, honestly.

Marie is great but does suffer a lot from being added into the game. There is a very inorganic element to her. However, given what we learn about her, that she's a creature of the other world meant to doom humanity, that she's almost a cuckoo bird in the human nest, it... sort of makes perfect sense, doesn't it? That she feels so Off.

That's making excuses for the game honestly but I'm gonna do it because while the way she fit into the game was always very pasted on, her voice acting was honestly great and smoothed over a LOT of issues I had with her. Like, I could sit here and point out the flaws but why? I like her enough.

Character Accuracy? Abstain, as I'm not very familiar with the Aeon.

I feel like i don't even need to say anything about Kanji. I'm willing to wager if you could make a pie chart of every dialogue box I screencapped, Kanji would have an outsized percentage.

I came into Persona 4 Golden with carefully calibrated expectations. I Fully expected to be deeply disappointed in Kanji's writing. But he started out amazing and he literally never ceased being amazing. This is the guy who punched his own shadow and affectionately told him to get up because any shadow of his could take a punch. This is the guy who makes "very elaborate" dolls for sad children. This is the guy who is willing and ready to beat up someone if that'll save them. He's the heart of the fucking team and he hits like a mack truck. I love Kanji.

IF ONLY HE WERE ROMANCEABLE. GODDAMMIT.

Character Accuracy to Their Arcana: Solid 7 out of 10. I still think Dojima would have been a better fit but Kanji's dedication to taking ownership and care of his community is very Emperor.

Best Girl Yukiko.

God, she is so weird. She's so heartfelt. She's so funny. Her arc makes a tremendous amount of sense. She's selfish and mean, she's generous and kind. She got drunk off the atmosphere in Iwatodai. She never talks about Chie as much as Chie talks about her. My heart aches for her, and I hope she's made the right decision to stay. I hope she'll have the strength to leave later if she discovers it wasn't.

I hope she and Kanji become best friends.

Oh no you don't chapter 6

Three months after Penelope's collapse in the bull pen she or rather Luke has made sure she has eaten literally ever two hours. The pregnancy was going well and the morning sickness had finally stopped. Luke and Penelope had been spending ever minute they could together except for Luke being gay be on a case from time to time. Being in love and being pregnant made Penelope the happiest she had ever been in her life! Knowing it was still early in the pregnancy the team still wanted to secure a Tech analyst before she left on maternity leave. So they called in the top tech from B team. A familiar face that Penelope was in no hurry to work with over the next few months......Kevin Lynch .... Walking into Penelope office with a grin Kevin was apprehensive so see a pregnant Garcia he had hoped he would be able to work with her to get past the issues they once had with each other. Feeling the dread of introducing Kevin to her one true love, but knowing the inevitable will eventually have to happen. Kevin looked at the back of her as she sat at her desk , he cleared throat to get her attention. Upon turning around she stood up with a forced grin and an even more forced hug she welcomed Kevin . At that exact moment Luke walked into her office and stopped in his tracks as he witnessed the love of his life in an embrace with a tall geeky looking guy! Hey perfect time Penelope said walking away from Kevin and looping her arm around Luke's . Kevin I would like you to meet my boyfriend ssa Luke Alvez ! As Luke reached for Kevin's hand Kevin said I hear that congratulations are in order to both of you! As Penelope placed her hand on her stomach and looked at Luke with love in her eyes she stated yes we are both very excited! Luke watches the interaction between the two and questions begin to swim in his head. So you know Penelope ? Yeah I was on B team before I transferred and then I just rejoined B team about a month or so ago and they informed me that Penelope had requested me for her fillin. So I thought I would come and make my self familiar with her system and style of analysis. It will be nice to reconnect with Penelope and to catch up. Uh yah stammered Luke well I had better get back to work I will see ya after work Chica and it was nice meeting you Kevin. Same hear Kevin said. Well Luke said with a heavy sigh I couldn't help but notice that Kevin Lynch was very comfortable with you today and you seemed equally as comfortable around Kevin. So I did some asking at work actually I talk to Spencer who informed me that Lynch not only was an ex-boyfriend of yours but annex fiancé and I just thought maybe we could talk about that if it's all right with you? Sure I was gonna tell you about it tonight anyway I did you a Spence why didn't you ask me I would've told you everything I'm going to tell you that it happened at a time in my life but I thought I needed someone just did but anyway yes Kevin and I dated for four years. Are you kidding me for years guy for four years why so long.? Well that's hard to explain he was someone in my life that was I kind of felt bad that I am stronger mom I need about two years into a relation ship but I knew that I did not want to spend the rest of my life with Kevin when he asked me to marry him and I had initially said yes I went home and I just can't and I cried and I cried because I knew that I wasn't doing it any justice he was not the one for me. And I think God every single day and I gave the ring back and told him that I could man and one of the reasons why as he wanted me to spend less time with the team he wanted me to devote more time to him and he had mentioned that once we were married we would move champ is transferred to Texas and live on this little farm and he found. I had no intentions of ever leaving the team leaving Quantico just not what I wanted for my life and when I told Kevin he lost it and Carlisle transferred to the VA in there and less I've heard from him so him or even spoke to Sal yeah it was kind of off today. Are you OK with him hanging out with you for a while everything or do you feel like you need to just cut ties? No Kevin is what's best for the team he has the skills that they need and he's good he's really good Luke be nice to be home soon found it because I can guarantee you this I love Luke out this was our heart and our nice and you my love and I want to go home with each and every night.
