I’m currently about to die from period cramps and I’m reading tcc for the third time for comfort (even if those two have never know a day of comfort in their entire lives except from when they are together) anyway I was thinking does little one get her period? If she does has Din ever been around to comfort her while she was in pain? I mean I don’t know if that would make sense since she’s been through all kinds of pain but I was just wondering if periods are something she experiences and how she experiences it. Tcc has a special place in my heart, thank you💗

oh okay wait this is such a good thought, and also something I'd been considering because of something I read recently ie. dealing with the reality of menstruation in fiction and like how it's kind of glossed over or just ignored most of the time, and also also because it'll be relevant soonish (🌚) but I think we know and have seen how thoroughly he takes care of her always. how gentle and patient and soft he is, how incrediblyyyyyyy attentive to detail he is. there isn't anything about her that man hasn't noted and catalogued to save for later in his mind. so imagine her sensitive and fragile on her period, sick with cramps and sore boobs and an aching back. he'd make her come so good to make the cramps go away, yes they fuck on her period, it's so much better let's be real and that man would probably even prefer it

and now I have this incredibly visceral image of him kneeling at her feet beneath the spray of the fresher gently washing the blood from her thighs when she wakes up one night and has unexpectedly gotten it. him eating her out in the shower to ease the ache and tightness. hehehehehe fuck now I'm thinking sooooo many things

Pokemon Horizons Ep20

didn't like this episode at all. I was excited for horizons since ash FINALLY got retired and we were getting a female protagonist. when I saw roy I was worried riko would start getting pushed to the sidelines in favour of him, since he's just ash 2, and this episode was a lot of that. they had a contest between riko and roy and riko was winning easily, until plot armor had to come in and hand roy the victory, she could've won but hesitated seeing roy being so into it. and then they battle kabu and a gym trainer, only for riko to throw the match she coulda easily won, against the trainer since she needed to win it. and then we had all these lines from kabu telling her "hey maybe you could do something else you don't need to do battles just cause you're a trainer" it's just like I said months ago. it's just extremely lame and cowardly but I guess I expected too much from the pokemon anime

Atelier Ryza Ep10

last week I said they may have been deviating from the game but they're back on track in this one. tho the game still didn't have lila and empel going into the woods, unless I completely missed that when I was looking at the playthrough last week. anyway, lots of cute ryza faces in this ep so that was good. considering where we are, and where the anime is gonna end, I wouldn't be too surprised if they announced another season for like summer or fall next year, to cover the rest of the game, but we'll see

nice ep, idk if it'll happen but I hope akira kills the boss guy next episode would be a nice point to stop before the recap on the following week

Fabricant 100 Ch36 (Finale)

it's finally over. tbh I kinda forgot it was gonna end this week but it did. honestly shoulda given it a 4 like alien's area but it got to run a bit longer and approach the topics it wanted to cover more so I gave it a lil bump. just like the score says it was just alright. it clumsily tried to ask the question of "what is an ideal human" or "what is it to be a human" in general and came to it's own answer

the art wasn't bad but also nothing to write home about, the characters weren't that likeable or interesting for the most part and when the threat of cancellation started looming the story felt very rushed, not like it was much better before that when it was just "monster of the week". anyway it wasn't bad overall, unlike ichinose I didn't mind reading this every week and wouldn't mind seeing the author come back again in the future

cute chap, it's funny seeing the mcs' friends conspiring together to look out for them and ending up going on the same date as them (even if they haven't realized it yet), expecting them to become a slow burn b romance plot but also wouldn't be that surprised if they just stayed as comedic relief like this til the end

Dandadan Ch119

the big battle is finally over so we get the good ol big feast celebration to break up the tension. it was also cute seeing the romantic tension between okarun and momo from that note she left him back in the training arc. also my guess is that the cliffhanger is just gonna be to wrap up the storyline for that youkai and she's gonna leave momo alone so we can continue the story without any loose threads

Tenmaku Cinema Ch20

as expected, the movie's good but it has a lot of issues since it's an amateur production, but it's still nice to see hajime's (and the author's) love of movies recognized. it's a shame that it didn't last longer on the jump battlefield but oh well. looking forward to the finale next week

Me: I need to do more stuff with Silco. I do love him, and still want to write him! Also me: Gets more icons for Jinx ...look in my defense I did ask about Silco icons, but they didn't think they could do more icons from episodes 1-3 which is all I want more icons from currently for reasons.

Anyways. Some random updates. Blog theme will be getting updated tomorrow. Will fix up my pinned post/promo as well. Going to have more icons for Jinx relatively soonish.

Also, Diablo 4 is in early access release (I am seriously considering spending the extra money to play it right now) and I'll be lowkey obsessing over that starting either tonight or this weekend. I will try not to fall behind on threads, and all however I make no promises at all. I should probably use my queue to be honest.

Otherwise... all of you are awesome, and I'm loving being here and writing with all of you. Silco, Sevika, and Jinx are all 100% on the table for RP and stories. Asks, and messages are always open. I'm doing as well as I ever am, and hope you all are doing good.

the sixth chapter is currently sitting at 11k and maybe only a little over halfway finished? i took a break from it to write what i thought was going to be a one-shot hellcheer fic, but you know how it goes. but yeah, i do plan to have chapter 6 up soonish. hopefully before i go on vacation early august.

sick part of a sick thing

the aforementioned hellcheer fic. it's currently 5 chapters, sitting at 25k, and i'll maybe be posting the first chapter tonight or tomorrow. it'll have a quicker posting schedule because the chapters are each 5-6k (every day? every other day?). it's all written except for, again, the epilogue. this is clearly a Pattern with me.

before the suns rise

this is the rots fixit which is currently 45k and 12 chapters. i stalled out because Plot happened and i got overwhelmed. and as with all ot3 fics i've written, i really struggle to write threesomes. but after the hellcheer fic, after lemon, i'll finish this fic up and i'll start posting. hopefully.

i have potentially another hellcheer fic idea which i'll write depending on the reception of sick thing. i'm very nervous writing for stranger things and if discourse happens i just don't want to be part of it. i really try to stay out of big fandoms and this one seems huge to me even though hellcheer is a smaller ship than steddie et al.

i also have the obiwan/anakin/padme cucking fic but the plot for that still feels a little amorphous. we'll see how i feel once i get back from vacation.

Looking forwards i guess

This is my first, and most likely only time doing so, using tumblr and actually speaking on it unless something else intrigues me. Just wanted to say something into the uncaring void regardless though

I'll be moving back to my home state soonish. Regardless of what I do, I have to choose what family to be around. My parents got together, had me by accident, and decided they liked me but not each other right afterwards. My dad went off, got married, and had 3 kids from that. They're doing fine, even though they're a little slow mentally.

My mom had a string of boyfriends and had 2 kids from that. One of which doesn't even look like my brother - he's a little hispanic kid and I'm a tall ass glow-in-the-dark white guy - and the other I've only met twice, who is now living on the other side of the country with his dad.

For the first... several years of having half siblings, I hated them so very bad. I just couldn't control myself. I wouldn't do anything to them (ie, wouldn't physically do anything but I was an absolute asshole to them), but dear god I hated them. I felt like I had been replaced by both of my parents and it hurt, I admit.

But hey, I got over it. Especially when I went to Job Corps for a little while and when I got back on a weekend visit, my Dad pulled me to the side to let me know that my half siblings there really missed me. That was a turning point, to be honest. I thought they hated me, since I was an asshole as previously mentioned. I'd get on their cases for doing shit they shouldn't do, I'd get them going and doing what needed to be done frequently, I'd stop fights between them (more like a "if you guys don't stop I will do -thing- and then none of us get to be happy so shut the hell up). Stuff like that, basically.

And somehow they missed that. Since then, I've tried to be more accepting of them.

On my mom's side I never really hated my 2 half siblings, more like I just felt a bit betrayed. But I decided to look at it a bit differently, you know? My half brother that's still there (the younger one that I only saw like twice is on the other side of the country) doesn't have many people who he can trust or fall back on to give him advice that could help. I wanna change that and actually be a good half brother for once.

Actually, fuck it, just gonna say brother now.

I want to stop being a sack of shit and do better. Maybe the stuff I give him advice on isn't the best, but I'll tell him what helped me and maybe, just maybe, it'll work.

Anyways, I just needed to rant to the uncaring void for a bit. Thanks.

Precure Series: What Little I Know And How I May Approach Them

Futari Wa & Max Heart: The originals. Protagonists invented the concept of handholding, but ironically suffer an eternal torment of Unresolved Sexual Tension. (Given how this is the place where everything started, I definitely want to watch and liveblog it at some point, but I think I'll also hold off from doing that for now, until I've seen a couple of the other series first for context.)

Splash Star: The first attempt at something not directly related to the first two series; made some improvements, but also didn't really differentiate itself that much? Different protagonists with similar designs, anyway, and similarly trapped in relationship limbo. (I feel like it's probably best saved for after I finish Futari Wa, but I don't know that I'll liveblog it unless people really want me to at that point.)

Yes! 5 & GoGo: The other series to get a sequel. First to have a bigger team, but also apparently made some big blunders? At least, at the time it apparently didn't fare well. (If I do watch it, it'll probably be way down the line. I do want to give it an honest shot eventually, but it also sounds like there are a lot of better alternatives to look at beforehand.)

Fresh: Pretty fun so far, and apparently gets ridiculously great later on. Love/Cure Peach is best Cure. (Watching it right now, obviously. Honestly been having a hard time working on the catchup coverage because I want to keep going with new episodes already!)

Heartcatch: Apparently one of the darker if not darkest series, but also really really good. However, it also seems to unfairly overshadow Fresh, being the common series to recommend to newcomers. (It's probably one I'll watch sooner, and liveblog since it's one of the more popular ones, but I think I'll give some space between Fresh and this so my pro-Fresh bias doesn't impact this in a negative way.)

Suite: Apparently borrows concepts from both Fresh and Heartcatch and tries to mix them, with the end result being very YMMV? Also, the name makes me think of hotels, so maybe that's a thing? Idunno. (Probably one to check out, but not until after both Fresh and Heartcatch, and I don't know that I'll liveblog it.)

Smile/Glitter Force: Sounds like it's a considerably sillier series than most of the others, in a good way. Reasonably popular, and the red and green team members get shipped a lot maybe? (I'll check it out sooner rather than later, but I think I'll not liveblog it, saving it for if I want a cheerful break from whatever other series I am covering here at the time.)

DokiDoki/Glitter Force DokiDoki: Now from what I've heard, this one sounds controversial. I don't even know any plot details or any reasons why, just that some friends have described it as trash to be avoided at all costs, while others love it and consider it their favorite. (I'm kind of reluctant to touch this one as a result, to be honest; I'm kind of over fandom debating nowadays. Still, maaaaybe someday?)

Happiness Charge: A cryptid. I don't know too much of detail about most of the other series, but at least I've seen them mentioned a fair amount here and there. Happiness Charge, though, not nearly as much. I'm not sure if I should take that as a bad sign or not. (Curiosity, though, is a powerful thing. Maybe I'll check it out soonish, and try liveblogging it just so there's some content for it out there.)

Go! Princess: The first of the strongly-themed seasons, (depending on if there's any weight to my guess about Suite) this one involving Princesses. Duh. May also have some slight connections to Fresh? (It sounds like it's a pretty strong season, so I want to check it out soon! Not sure if I'll liveblog it or not, though.)

Maho Girls: Witch/Magic themed, of course, with maaaaybe a Hogwarts equivalent being involved? Dunno much about this one, and it sounds pretty aggressively 'alright.' (Think I'll put this one off, and won't liveblog it.)

KiraKira a la Mode: Bakery themed, or the characters are running a bakery in addition to being Cures, or something along those lines? Also, catgirls. Sounds like it's pretty strong overall, and has the show's first properly canonically aknowledged gay couple, but also had some minor controversial elements? (Still, one I kinda want to see sooner, will probably liveblog.)

Huggto: Current series. I know the theme this time is career day; the protagonist is a cheerleader, one of the other girls is a flight attendant. Also, there's a french Android side-character that everyone loves, and then some recent arguments over a male Cure. (Think I'll wait on this one until it's less recent and hopefully I'll have forgotten any major spoilers I may have seen, but it's also one I kinda look forward to.)

Star Twinkle: The new series! Nothing known but the title. Probably going to have a space theme. Some people are declaring it a Sailor Moon knockoff, but eh. All in all, it seems exciting! (As I said above, curiosity is a powerful thing, and as I said before, I want to cover this as it releases. Harder to get spoiled that way, at any rate!)

So basically for now I'll stick with Fresh (and Star Twinkle when it starts) and then probably go after Princess and/or KiraKira after that, depending on what I'm in the mood for at that point. After those, well, we'll cross that bridge when we get to it.

So I may be moving out soonish???? Its definitely to early to say for sure...and if we do get this place it'll be before I got to scotland so I would have to pay rent for the month I'm gone...but I would have had to for here anyways and its just a little bit more fkr that rent...and id get my own room!!! I havent had my own room or privacy for over a year! If I want a private conversation with Hamish I have to put headphones in Dx but we'll see...I would love my own space...itd put my family in a sticky situation but....its much needed for my sanity
