can you gain self-confidence by noticing little things?

Are there certain skills that a few years ago you totally lacked, but a few years go by, and you have developed skills that you were formerly weak at.

today

I am grateful to notice the skills I've developed

The thing that I would have considered myself bad at a few years ago was writing.

In particular copyrighting and storytelling. At high school I was an F-Class student, I hated English, it was never something I was going to be good at, I only ever wanted to do technology.

But today I built a website for myself, and in particular, it was for a specific application that I've made, and I needed a whole lot of copy to go on that website.

I completed all the copy and its just the way I want it to be. It tells a story, it's compelling, and it has sales capability in it.

Now a couple of years ago, I had no writing experience at all, but I guess a combination of writing poetry, writing a bit of copy, writing technical documentation and in the last 100 odd days writing stories for this video blog.

I've developed specific skills within the writing that I can now use today.

I'm grateful for that I have a skill in writing
