#i have an enormous bone to pick with black flag #in general im not liking the kenway saga as much as i did AC1 and the Ezio trilogy #and part of it is obviously nostalgia but also i think they were not quite finding their footing with all the naval stuff #AC3 is the best at it and it's because save for like 2 missions the Aquila is completely optional #Liberation straight up doesn't have an open sea option and i think it really helped the devs focus on the city design #oh yeah also while treewalking is cool American Colonial architecture is giving me NOTHING take me back to Venice #i remember really liking syndicate so here's hoping unity is also good. im not just saying this to prove im not a genwunner i prommy #and of course origins and odyssey and valhalla. the RPGfication of it all (neutral) #darktalks
