You know what would have been badass?

If Karlach looked like an Orthon - like Yurgir.

Similar large and imposing in-game model too.

Imagine taking one look at Karlach and being able to just infer her backstory just from looking at her. How she initially even got caught up with Gortash, was a hell of a body guard and hired muscle, and then ultimately Zariel's. Touched by the hells. Instead of the corpses of the damned - the corpses of demons and their effigies adorning her belt.

And imagine the startling sweetness and affability coming from this person. Imposing, but jovial. Aware of brutality but despite it all: kind. She was no stranger to brutality only because that's the cards life initially dealt her.

I think I'd have enjoyed her character if her sweetness and affability surprised us. Imagine how well that would have worked with Wyll's story too - since they were written in tandem.
