#im trying the la roche-posay cicaplast balm even though it's not strictly a moisturizer bc ive been feeling so dry and irritated lately

the last few months my face has been so freaking dry and inflamed and now im pretty sure i figured out the problem lol. just about everything i use on my face besides my retinoid has hyaluronic acid which apparently is fucking SENSITIZING and DEHYDRATING my skin and has been DOING SO for the literal YEARS ive been using these products. and it's in everything. JFC!!!!

#i cant change face wash (cerave hydrating cleanser) bc ive never found one that works for my skin in the same way lmao. #but moisturizer... hopefully that does something. #DEATH DEATH MURDER DEATH #WHY DO COSMETIC COMPANIES PUT IT IN EVERYTHING????????
