FYI Starbucks isn't on the BDS list

Yeah so I've seen this come up a lot. Starbucks hasn't actually even operated in Israel since the early 2000s which is why they don't necessarily meet the criteria to be on the BDS list.

The reason we're all boycotting Starbucks is because of their response to the Union's pro Palestinian stance. Starbucks sued Workers United for making a pro-Palestine tweet stating that the tweet tarnished the brands reputation (which is a wild stance to take when there's a literal genocide happening).

And even though BDS hasn't added them to the list, they are in full support of both the union and the boycott efforts. So please continue to boycott Starbucks and instead support local coffee shops. This is about solidarity with both Palestine AND the Workers Union.
