sometimes i remember back when miyuri's event got announced and people on here were going "please tell me this is a mistranslation" and i was like. sorry but フェチ is 100% "fetish" and 足 is either feet, legs, or paws, so pick your poison

#if you wanna get nitpicky the original news announcement was kind of a mistranslation #since 足フェチ ended up being ''leg fetish'' and not ''foot fetish'' #but since miyuri gets excited about san stepping on her during their training it's not really Wrong either #(nothing about 足→paws has been brought up in canon but honestly. i would not be surprised in the least if she was a furry) #anyway it was kinda funny to see people panicking over this #but it was also kinda... idk. uncomfortable? #it'd be one thing if people were like ''please god let this be handled well'' #but there were a lot of posts straight-up acting like it's disgusting for teenagers to ever have Those sorts of feelings #as if those feelings should never even be acknowledged because they're gross and shameful #which is ironically part of what miyu's event/MSS grapples with lol #magia record #yukari miyuri #miyu is my baby and i will not hear slander against her >:'( if you can't handle her at her worst you don't deserve her at her best
