i know we’re all losing our minds over the final scene of montero with the satan lapdance but personally my favourite is the middle scene of the judgement!! the denim attire!! the immaculate sneers on the judges’ faces!! the bold unapologetic attitude towards his “sin”!!!! the sheer lyrical genius of “A sign of the times every time that I speak, A dime and a nine, it was mine every week”!!! Him playing the roles of the judge jury executioner AND the judged!!! The way that receiving punishment only solidifies his conviction to reject the corrupted morals of this world!!!! poetry
