Originally the hisuian zorua!Drayton AU was gonna be a 1 to 1 with canon but….with drayton being a zorua HOWEVER Ive decided to change that as I was thinking there’d be some personality changes bc the circumstances of Drayton being a zorua and that leads to canon changes, namely Drayton is still the E4 champion and Kieran takes his place as an E4 member!

Kieran’s personality shift reminded Drayton too much of a certain god obsessed merchant…..so he knew he couldn’t lose his title to Kieran of course he knows that Kieran isn’t like that someone but he still couldn’t just lose to Kieran….

Kieran’s still obsessed with getting stronger even after losing to Drayton and he doesn’t see he’s messed up Big Time until going into area zero like in canon! Drayton still asks protag for help n all that, basically the biggest main change is drayton is still champ and Kieran isn’t

Oh! And Drayton joins in on going to area zero this time! But that’s more self indulgent then anything really lmaoooo I really wanted him to join us in the games canon that however didn’t happen 😔 but it’s MY AU so I get to make the rules!!! So he gets to experience The Horrors of area zero :3 💛

Cause like yeah in canon he didn't wanna join the player bc he's really just lazy, but in this au he seems more,, active? Ofc him being a Zorua would probs have smth to do w that hahaha it's still interesting to think abt tho cause you said he would still be Champion in this au, which would mean he's willing to bear the responsibilities of becoming one, and even joining player and the others in Area Zero
