Tansy Rayner Roberts, the author of Pratchett's Women (essay series on female characters in the Discworld novels) has just announced that she's releasing a companion series on Pratchett's Men. the essays'll be up every two months on speculativeinsight.com, and the first one was posted today!

"Now it’s time to talk about what the men of the Discworld are doing while the women march to war and plait ribbons into their beards."

unfortunately I can't find the Pratchett's Women essays online anymore since her website got redone, but it's a pretty cheap ebook and very good.
