I must know your secret. Haha. Or at least where you get your resources? I’m an amateur graphic designer but I mainly work from my phone. I’m not to familiar with photoshop. . yet.

Is there any advice you can give to a fellow newcomer? I’m literally ready to give up. Ive even tried to use Canva and I don’t know what I’m doing.

hi there! omg there's no secret buddy, i promise — we all just have our own vibe and our ways to express ourselves, and something will come to you, trust me. i gotta say i do 100% of my graphics on photoshop so i wouldn't even know how to give advice related to mobile, but i can tell you this: the way i started ( and honestly, what brought me to becoming a half decent graphic designer irl ) was by copying. seriously, copy the shit out of everything you like. copying isn't like stealing: if you see an effect, a coloring or a vibe that you like, you should try and emulate it as best as you can and over time you will find yourself learning new techniques and new ways to experiment. experimenting is the only way to really tap into your creativity and go wild with it!

as for resources, i have an immense amount of stuff i've gathered over the years and i wouldn't know where to look for now lmfao. but i can recommend searching up textures on behance and also look up spoongraphics — they've got tons of free textures under the 'freebie' section and they're really good & help me give character and personality to most of my graphics !
