I lowkey have beef with the 5e Battle Master but I don't feel validated in it since I haven't played it for more than like, a single one shot with barely any combat

#what do you mean I can only parry 4 times before I gotta take a nap #Pun's text Posts #idk I feel like a natural advantage martials have over casters is not having to worry about things like spell slots running out #and thus diminishing their effectiveness in combat #but with only like 4 superiority dice at low levels that spell slot downside just comes right back in a different flavour #idk though that one-shot was pretty low level so idk how the class beefs up later #is it remedied? idk lmao I've only ever been able to play one once #and like I get it some of the manuvers are pretty strong and probably need a limiter #but also some of them just kinda aren't and it feels dumb your ''studious master of combat'' just like forgets how to fight after 4 moves #ya feel?
