I'm going to ramble about them so rambling undercut!

Ions ago I made an in-depth chart about my ship and while not much has changed, I did decide to change their age. I only raised Chloe to 27 because I just want her to be close to my age hhh as for Utonium I made him older than the previous age I hc'd years ago because he's suppose to be middle age canonically and like I think he suppose to be in his mid 40s-50s as opposed to late 30s hhh.

I was conflicted on marking Utonium as confident or shy because he is neither? Like he can function as an adult and technically he is a Professor and he teaches a bunch of kids at uni so he is confident but like he is also socially awkward when he has to talk about things outside of his expertise like this man cant carry a full conversation if it doesn't pertains to any of his interest so I think it's appropriate to mark him shy (although personally I think it should be introvert/extrovert because every adult i know look confident on a quick glance)

Also for "Protective", idk I think it just doesn't fit their dynamic because listen, they dont need to protect themselves, Utonium's kids are literally superheroes hdkjkslapakdjq but Utonium is canonically protective and clingy towards his kids despite how his kids can basically take care of themselves lol

If you've been following me long enough, you know that I wrote a fic about them once (if you dont please read it like I am on my knees rn-) and I used this song because I thought it fit the situation in the fic so I ended up making it like their song because it's just so sappy and oh my god guys please listen to it im begging youuujjshskwiskql

Aesthetically, I modeled them to be like a couple from the 60s because Utonium grew up in the late 50s so that's pretty much one of my reasoning why I like to dress them up in a retro fit but if you ask me about the universe theyre living in, I hc'd that the PPG universe is around the 90s with influences from the 00s. They don't have public internet yet but everyone has phones around that time and really this is one of the few things I love about PPG, I dont have to overcomplicate stuff about my hcs because the universe just happens around the time when things were simple.

If anyone still wants to read more about these dorks (like I used to write very long hcs about them lol), I'm suggest you guys go check the tags for them in my pinned because I have talked about them too much I just ran out of things to say at the time being hsldjdlloaldkslal

HUGE SPOILERS FOR DGS2 ONLY READ IF YOU HAVE FINISHED BOTH GAMES!!!!

well there are gonna be 9000001 gavin bros / van zieks au posts and fics and arts now huh

IRIS BACKSTORY....... oh my fuckin god.

WHEN SHE ACKNOWLEDGED HURLEY AS HER DADDY...... I CRIED........ OMG

i love that the game acknowledges that ryunosuke is iris “brother” and susato is her “sister” and that hurley is her father!!!!!!! and yujin is her other father!!!!!!!!!!! i love that for them!!!!! sometimse a family is just a great detective and his great partner and two exchange students and a ten year old prodigy!! the found family of it all! and they come right out and say it cause it’s TRUE. they are the greatest family!

i love the parallels with aa4 found family. like what aa4 COULDA been. what aj2 COULDA been if capcom weren’t cowards. like legit, i liked dgs, but i could see why it didn’t review very well because the whole game felt like one big cliffhanger! a good cliffhanger, but all the payoff and all the meat of the story was clearly in dgs2 and now it’s like. if aa4 was part 1 of a trilogy like dgs 1 is to dgs 2, then now i NEED to know what aj2 would have been..... damn..... we could have had it All.

listen klint and kristoph parallels. stronghart and kristoph parallels. stronghart and gant parallels. the way herlock just becomes a vocaloid and trolls viciously like the way he had all those witnesses all lined up so stronghart couldn’t wriggle out of his crimes, and the way hurley showed up just to twerk and troll in the courtroom like “YA BITCHES I LIVESTREAMED THE TRIAL TO THE QUEEN OF ENGLAND WHATCHA GONNA DO”. such beanix vibes. the legend truly came out. and such trucy vibes from iris. that was like one of my fave parts.

now im gonna think about beanix studying this trial in the history books or maybe he heard it as a story from ryunosuke or his grandparents and hhh. using 2-5 as the template for 4-4... wow... he really did that huh

love it. just love it. don’t even get me started on asogi.

im sorry but i burst out laughing when they. crossed swords. just when you thought things couldn’t possibly get any more gay in ace attorney they hit you with that visual. god.

Finally, i am on winter break now yay. this week was so stressfull and i was anxious 24/7 whew. For this upcoming week i will focus on catching up with everything school related, mainly re-learning every lesson (maths, physics, chemistry) and doing practice problems (obv!).

for now, the plan is :

chemistry study plan ( 1 chapter )

history + geography study plan

SLEEP SCHEDULE, IDC FIX IT

be off twitter as much as possible, especially this sunday

document my study experience during this week

maths study plan ( 4 chapters )

do only what’s necessary, please, i won’t try to get ahead of classes unless I’m a 100% confident i master all the lessons we did from late september to early december

read 15 mins a day, could read for more if i feel like doing it

plan a routine for this upcoming week

organize my eh online learning space, and habits ? yes

find new music to enjoy

plan for the week in advance : prepare templates for my tumblr posts and daily entries regarding the study experience

go easy on myself, especially if i don’t stick to the plan 100%

I forgot this was in my draft lol but anyway I'm so glad I found this post because other than it being a very brilliant way to explain fanfiction, I also think it's a brilliant and useful way to put where your s/i oc would belong in your f/o's show

Im going to talk about Chloe obviously and just explain where I think she belongs in the ppg timeline.

If you've been here for a while and endured my Utonium brainrot, you probably noticed that I have 2 version of Chloes, the normal one and college au one.

This is the one you guys have probably seen hundreds of times before. White shirt, green apron, red pinstripe skirt, very basic.

For me, this version of Chloe belongs in the Addition category. She belongs in the canon timeline, not a prequel, not a sequel. I just think that she belongs in the present time where we have the Powerpuff Girls and their Dad/Creator is Professor Utonium. There's no changes, everything that happens in the show stays including Utonium's dating history. Think of it like she's been there in the show this whole time, it's just that she's some random npc civilian in the story and she has not met Utonium yet. The show ended with an open ending, no cliff hanger or anything, it just, ends. So I like to pretend that the story still continues and Chloe and Utonium met in the middle of it hhhh.

As for this version of Chloe, since this is a College AU, she would belong somewhere in the Alteration category.

Despite being the same Chloe, this version of Chloe isn't really the same as the canon universe Chloe. For starter, the age gap between her and Utonium isn't that far unlike her other counterpart (btw I should really update my selfship template for the canon universe because I changed my mind about the age hhhh Utonium would be in his late 40s while Chloe is in her mid-late 20s hope that clear things up hhh)

Her backstory also changes slightly where she didn't move to Townsville to follow her partner and ended up working there to support herself. This time she is in Townsville simply to pursue her study. Her origin still stay the same though, both of them grew up in a big yet troubled low income family.

This also means that since this is a College AU, Utonium isn't a professor yet and the girl's doesnt exist yet.

Now this makea me wonder, what would College AU Utonium and Chloe be in 10 years? I haven't think of them both being in the canon timeline. My idea would be that Utonium eventually will make the girls but that is because both of them find out that they both can't have kids ;w;

Anyway, I think everyone should utilize this guide and talk about where their s/i oc would belong in their f/o's respective universe :3

Ok so I did finally go through it and make the ship chart thing (and also icon for it) after days considering it hhhh. Editing the chart actually doesn't take me too long? I made this last year as well so I'm basically just using the same template lol.

Also uh long post since I'm going to talk about my selfship HC below lol dont worry I'm putting an undercut for this one too 😳👉👈

I realized that nobody had ever give Utonium a first name? (Or maybe I just didnt notice but I never seen one like ever other than the name they gave him in the CW reboot do not talk to me about that there is no PPG CW reboot just like there is no war in Ba sing se) Heck I don't even think of it until very recently when I talk to my friend? Anyway I HCd that his first name would be Kenneth cuz he's a boomer lol and the reason his name wasn't mentioned or he didn't use it as often because frick he wasted his youth just to get his PHD and his Professor title he deserved to be called Professor and ONLY Professor (and hhhh Chloe never knew his first name until they dated for almost a year and he only lets her call him Kenny privately :3)

I almost put straight as his sexuality since I think for someone born in the 50s, it's not common for people to tell their sexuality because not many people are aware of terms for each sexuality and to avoid discrimination (please correct me if I'm wrong ^^) but I do honestly feel he's a demi? He's gets flustered so easily by women canonically I can't see myself thinking of him otherwise hhhh

Also they're totally the opposite of each other, Chloe is much more bold than Utonium in terms of socializing with people, while he gets flustered easily if he is put into a situation where he has to talk to people without preparing for it mentally earlier. I like to think the reason Chloe would want to date him in the first place cuz she finds him cute and fascinating and she needs to know what he wrote on his notepad that makes his brows furrows every time he visits the diner for breakfast hhh

And yeah he's definitely a tall man I do not accept criticism for it 😤😤😤, and a tall man needa a smol gf to tower over wink wonk (i had to convert to inches so idek if its right but in cm Utonium should be 188cm while Chloe should be 155cm :3)

I actually can talk about them the whole day but idk what else to add without going off rail and also i need to sleep so uh ask me anything about them please?? 🥺👉👈
