Experimented with putting some smoked paprika in tonight's latkes and they turned out incredibly delicious. I love that holidays get me cooking properly.

#last night was actually my big cooking night but as such i failed to get any pictures! #i made pontschkes along with traditional potato latkes #and then also some medieval jewish-style cheese latkes (they were popular before jews had access to potatoes) which were a HUGE hit #they will definitely be going in the holiday rotation #chag sameach all #jewish tag
